The rooms need their own microwave. When we were there, the hotel got a new credit card system that made it hard for us to extend our stay. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location.

Great location and good breakfast! The carpet in the rooms need deep cleaned or updated and showers. There was a big rust stain in the shower. Very uncomfortable trying to shower. Maybe if they remodel a little bit I would stay again. You're really paying for the location. Walk right out to Longhorns and shopping centers and other restaurants ❤️

Just wow, absolutely horrible. $10/night for parking which is new for them (shopping mall parking lot) and the rooms are old and moldy. What is wrong with this place?! Adios to this Globalist!

Room was good for the price, not luxury but nice, comfortable and clean. Lots of shopping and restaurants, walked across the parking lot to the steak house and had a nice meal and a few drinks.

Staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good. The staff was elsewhere twice when I needed something from the front desk and noticed the same thing multiple times as I left & returned with other customers waiting. I was charged for parking and then I ended up having to park in the restaurant parking lot next door due to a full hotel lot. Only hotel that charges for parking near RIC Airport that I'm aware of.

Location is great for food options.
However the service could be better.
One of the elevator has been out for ages and only runs on one elevator and takes forever when sharing it with cleaners spotting at every floor.
The skink and bathtubs at some of the rooms does not drain at all. Cockroach can randomly be found in some rooms.
Asked for a different room due to the sink not draining but they said “sorry whenever rooms we give you is what your locked into” doesn’t make any sense.
Shower was again cold in multiple rooms and the drains in the shower doesn’t work. Basically swimming while taking a shower.

Lunch was a nice surprise. The room, however, smelled of musty coming from the poorly maintained air conditioner.

Careful with booking, we booked through 3rd party as most do these days and the website glitched and did it for the day of instead of a future date and the hotel refused to refund the money even though we expressed it was an accident. Immediately upon clicking, called them and tried to cancel they just fought and said to go back to 3rd party then stopped responding to emails even when no one even showed up for the accidental booking. Unfortunately through this transaction they lost a repeat customer and now a poor review. Other than that rooms are nice and comfy and a really great breakfast and very nice staff. Just be very careful how you book because they won't refund your money if you make a mistake on booking or need to cancel.

I have been stuck at this hotel for a week now with my dog, due to my rig in the shop for repairs. Brittney and Cheryl at the front desk have been great, they have helped me navigate through interesting situations that have occurred. Mike and his staff in housekeeping have had no issues with replacing any items I need. Then the breakfast will not disappoint you and always greeted with a good morning and a smile on the side. A Professional and friendly staff on all shifts, overall a great place to stay.
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable rooms
Walkability: Many food and shopping stores in walking distance. You can basically get anything you need in this section of town and no need for a Uber.
Food and drinks: A verity of nearby options
Noteworthy details: All the staff is top notch from the front desk, housekeeping, and the cooks in the kitchen. You can’t go wrong here. Then the airport shuttle is always in and out.

The room was smaller than expected but had the basics. The bathroom sink did not work properly and the shower tile needed updating. Staff were nice, however, some did not adhere to standards I would label as providing great customer service. Housekeeping were nice. At check-in you have the option to have daily housekeeping services during your stay.
Once in the room, I noticed some discrepancies and I wanted additional pillows. I asked the front desk for the additional pillows and informed them of the issues in the room. Nothing was rectified.
Overall the room was mediocre but the location is great. This hotel location has great walkability to eateries for late night food and Target for things forgotten on your trip.
This hotel had breakfast options, but I did not utilize it.
