I love our representative! He's helpful, kind, and talks us through everything! I have been using H&R Block for about 4 years and I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. The process is quick and easy, and every representative I have spoken with has been kind, knowledgeable, and diligent! There is no where better to get help with your taxes!!

I went in today to get my taxes done and the lady that I scheduled an appointment with was not there, the energy of the other workers were giving me bad vibes. This older lady tried to come off and be disrespectful because I told her I wanted to wait for the lady I scheduled an appointment with, she walks off and start talking trash to the other lady in the back not to mention the receptionist gave me this long weird look when I first came in smh. I definitely don’t like the vibes at this one and I refuse to let negative energies touch my taxes! Never going back here

My tax preparer, who never introduced herself, was either upset, or in a bad mood, upon my walking in the door. She cussed under her breath while inputting my info and advised me that I should consider going to another office at one point, which made me doubt my decision to use H&R Block.Everyone has bad days but her demeanor was generally unprofessional, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.UPDATE regarding H&R Block's recent response:Whoever is assigned with responding to reviews must've been copy-n-pasting their responses because my name is not Teresa. I am now changing my review to one star.
