“Super creative concept. Good price point, we came here for brunch on Sunday with a group of 4 at 10:30 reservation. After eating, we didn't have to wait to golf. Tons of fun, the course is really creative and cute. Perfect group activity. As we left though it looked like there was quite a line.”

I have to give a huge shout out to Alexa! A family member dropped off some gifts for us at the front desk after we had already checked out. Alexa searched through guest records to figure out who the gifts were for, called me to let me know there were items waiting for us, and made sure that everything was stored safely until I could come by to pick them up. Thank you, Alexa!”

“We came to downtown Richmond for a wedding. We picked it out because it was close to the venue. Excellent decision! As soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by Jason. And he continued to go over and beyond for us until checkout! Friendly, helpful, and great at his job. I hope management knows and acknowledges him for his top-notch customer service! Lastly, the beds were VERY comfortable!

“I stayed here for a conference a few days ago. I checked in after 10pm. The check-in process went smoothly and I want to acknowledge the receptionist staff who were on duty Sunday night (April 14, 2024) for their exceptional service. When I arrived to my room, I began doing inspections and sanitizing. I noticed bodily fluid-like stains on the beds. I normally bring disposable sheets and pillowcases, but of course there wasn’t a better time to forget them lol. Anyway I expressed my concerns with the receptionist, who contacted the custodial supervisor onsite at the time. I want to applaud the supervisor, Mrs. Patricia, who was responsive and rectified the problem by bringing in new sheets (fresh out of the pack) and ensuring the room was up-to-par. Mrs. Patricia also made sure that I was accommodated for the mishap, to which the receptionist staff offered complimentary breakfast (although the conference I attended there provided the same). Nonetheless, my stay was pleasant overall.Rooms: The rooms have an outdated feel, as far as furniture and setup. However, the rooms gave a cozy feel.Nearby activities: There are some really good restaurants within a mile of the hotel. I didn’t walk to them, but the restaurants are in walking distance. There are also historic sites and shopping opportunities to view within walking distance.”

“As Platinum Elite members of IHG, we travel lots. We've stayed at this hotel many times, since it is so close to the Richmond airport. They treat us well and usually give us an upgrade because of our status. The staff is wonderful and enjoy working together. Carrie, the breakfast attendant was so kind, personable, competent, and hard-working. Her smile, pleasant personality, and wonderful breakfast (prepared all by herself) gave us a great start to our day! We were so happy to see that they've fixed an issue they were having with the blinds. It was so easy to open and shut them this time! Maintenance of facility looked terrific! We did miss the beautiful flowers they usually have, but being gardeners ourselves, we understand that this time of year is in-between seasons and is too hot still for some fall flowers. This is our favorite hotel to stay in when using the Richmond airport, so we plan to be back many times!”
“The size of the room is ok. There are a lot of places to put luggage and other belongings. There are charges for the phone. There is a hot breakfast. I recommend it. Peter and Kelly are very nice and polite.”

“Just got the best and most sleep I had in over a month!! Great easy to get to location plenty of places to eat around as well as plenty of gas station options to refill. Miguel check-in was fantastic. The lady who I checked out with this morning was also awesome!
Room was more than adequate. I wasn’t doing any kind of cooking but the TV worked well. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean not much more I could ask for. This could definitely be a solid intermediate stop on my way up from Florida every time now.

“This is a very busy area in the West End of Richmond. Huge Short Pump mall about a mile away.
Lovely decor in the front entrance, with a double-sided fireplace that serves the lobby with a seating area and for the breakfast tables in the morning.
Room is kinda weird with the queen beds separated pretty far from each other and random lamps. But whatever, it works.
They have a full hot breakfast downstairs with scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffle iron setup, bagel warmer, cream cheese, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, milk, coffee, juice, etc.
We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.”
“Great location and good breakfast! The carpet in the rooms need deep cleaned or updated and showers. There was a big rust stain in the shower. Very uncomfortable trying to shower. Maybe if they remodel a little bit I would stay again. You're really paying for the location. Walk right out to Longhorns and shopping centers and other restaurants ❤️

“My husband and I have stayed here several times while I worked at one of the hospitals close by. The staff are very kind and accommodating. We stayed with a dog once and there was no issue with him being there. Rooms are clean! There are stores and restaurants right down the street and it's right off the highway and quiet at night. I will definitely be staying here again and have recommended it to a friend!”

“We were in Room 125, non-smoking just beside the office. Room was quiet and well appointed. Bottom of door could use a sweep. Temps and bugs aren't bad in early April, so we didn't have a problem, but other times of year, that could be undesirable.Bulb in one lamp didn't workbut we did OK with 1 lamp and the overhead. However, No lighting in the rear alcove beside the bathroom required a flashlight to program the AC unit or adjust the fridge at night. I accidentally froze the milk . Very powerful fridge and microwave but turnstile in microwave not working.NO SHAMPOO or CONDITIONER, only a single teeny tiny bar of soap, they don't provide it.We were staying here for a couple of days before our original reservation at Days Inn Chester . At Days Inn we paid $5 more but were greeted with unlimited shampoo, conditioner and larger soap, as well as pet friendly.The room at WH was generally good , the heat and AC worked .I do like parking right in front of the room.The television was a Panasonic brand. And it was a decent size BUT it was so old that it did not even have HDMI ports to use our fire stick or Roku stick for streaming which was disappointing.The Days Inn didn't have HDMI either .”

“"New world" elegance in a sterling facility. This hotel venue for an onsite conference did not fall short in a single aspect, from well trained and dilligent staff, to the historic vaulted Tiffany lobby ceilings, to the in room amenity: the nespresso bar, the small office and walk-in dressing closet, the marble floored bathroom suite with soothing soaker tub and walk in shower, closing each day with turndown service with alligator shaped chocolates. One never wants to to check out!
