Our realtor recommended Nicola to us when we were buying a house in a new geographic market. We’d done our own “mortgage shopping” but we didn’t feel like we were getting the best interest rates we could. Once we had an initial call with Nicola and filled out her online intake form, she was able to connect us with a wholesale lender that had both the lowest interest rate and fees! Additionally, Nicola was very easy to communicate with via phone and text. The whole process went quickly and smoothly —I’d definitely recommend!

Working with Nicola at Home Loan Zone was a fantastic experience! She expertly helped me navigate the process of applying for a mortgage loan for my first house! Nicola was very knowledgeable, willing to answer my many questions, and helped me get to closing on my loan extremely quickly. Upon seeing the house I purchased, I obtained a preapproval that evening and was under contract the next day - without her timely effort, it is quite possible that I would still be looking for my home due to the competitive market! Nicola was always available and honest with me! She made the home buying experience less stressful because she was so organized and on top of things! Nicola was a joy to work with during my loan experience and I will certainly come back to her for future loans! If you have the chance to work with her, I highly highly recommend her!

This is a wonderful business to work with...ALL of my closings are expertly managed. My clients all love Nicola McCloskey more than me even...:) I have never had any complaints from any of my clients and I use Home Loan Zone 95% of the time...The only time we don't use them is if my client already has a lender...they are very helpful in ALL services even recommending home owners insurance, property managers, contractors etc...they have an extensive list of helpful folks to recommend.
