The store is neat and well organized, and coming in right after work I was pleasantly surprised about my entire experience. The team member in plumbing was very knowledgeable, helping me to find the correct part and not the part I was ready to buy! And the customer service folks were great when I had a little hiccup ringing up my purchase.”

I visited Lowe's last week, the 20th, to pick up a lawn mower and weed whacker. When I first arrived I went over to the mowers and was a little overwhelmed, I asked the two kind young ladies working the customer service (Cekema & Kenzie) if they would be able to send help over to me. Darnel quickly arrived and was more than helpful. He mentioned his knowledge on mowers was limited but helped by sharing customer testimonies for the EGO brand and helped me come to the conclusion of which mower to get. He ran and got me a cart to pull it on from outside and I was on my way after he helped me one last time with picking out a weed whacker.
Upon getting to self-checkout I was greeted by Gina. She mentioned the Lowe's CC and the advantages that came with it when making such a large purchase, with something that should last a long time, so I signed up! Karina came over to button up the process making sure I had all my new papers in order so that Gina could also provide assistance to the rest of the customers coming through self-checkout. It was an awesome display of great teamwork.
I mean it when I say I am always pleased when coming to this Lowe's. A week before this visit, I came in looking to purchase butane for a lighter and the employee working checkout that day was able to point RIGHT where the item was located. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
The employees are helpful, kind, honest, and approachable. I imagine this Lowe's must have an amazing culture to have so many great employees. Thank you for the help you've provided me with and thank you to the help I know I will receive when visiting in the future!”

“I want to bring attention to the awesome employee working in appliances on Monday night. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her kindness and attention to customers needs should not go unnoticed. She told me her name but I'm old and forgot it lol... Please recognized this young lady for being a outstanding employee. She mentioned it was only her second day in this position, which I found totally unbelievable because of her knowledge and understanding of the products to sale. Thank you for your time and wonderful employee... She's the best I have ever encountered at any Lowe's I have ever visited anywhere.
