There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this hotel that justifies being charged $150. And on a Wednesday at that. The employee made sure to tell me that included breakfast. A raggedy breakfast does not justify a $150 price, ESPECIALLY if you're leaving very early the next morning and won't be around for the raggedy breakfast ! Room was small. Room was stuffy. A/C did not work and it was in the 80s. No coffee maker in the room. Table was small & wobbly. Fridge was turned up high and STILL was warm. Only a handful of TV channels. People in the room beside me kept going in & out of their door all night long. Kids crying & screaming. I gave it 3 stars for the location because it is centrally located. Easy to get to. But it's not offering any credible amenities that justifies a $150 price tag. Very disappointing.

Don't stay here if you need a bathroom sink. The water pressure is dialed back so low it would not wash the toothpaste off my brush. And, if you expect towels and wash clothes; let's say "skimpy" is the word. Liquid soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner are bolted down. No staff. The continental breakfast was automated like a machine that makes pancakes that works like a printer to produce a rubbery pancake like thing. Need I go on...? I was disappointed in Holiday Inn.

Not quiet on the road. Asked if there were any recommendations on restaurants in the area, was told to check Yelp. Really?

Area has run down since I lived there. Awkward entry and exit points for vehicles. Parking lot was in the local free for all parking lot at what I think used to be a strip mall. Room was dated and in need of minor maintenance. Hot water was a little tricky to find ice cold or boiling hot. Breakfast was not up to par with the better versions of this Hotel chain. Bare minimum with lacking sweet rolls ... One of the best things usually. Doesn't feel safe ... The area.
Safety: Area seems sketchy at night.

Picked this hotel for proximity to the hospital. Price wasn't bad. However, front desk rarely answered phone and found out management only had one staff member on duty, so she had to do everything. Room was okay but floor was duty and AC unit leaked.

Staff was great!
The A/C in our room was very noisy. One of the beds springs squeeked pretty bad.

I have always enjoyed staying at holiday inn hotels, and that is the only hotel I use. I travel regularly and have never rated a hotel stay poorly. Although due to the poor management of this hotel I had to.
I have spent days trying to get a hold of the manager for a refund for my booking. My flights were cancelled and I ended up paying for 2 hotels. I have never had a problem with refunds related to unexpected situations, until this hotel.
If you are considering a holiday inn, go to Charlottesville, Virginia. Absolutely beautiful hotel, accommodating, and great management. We had 3 nights booked here but missed the first night related to our flight cancellation and they only charged me for the 2 nights without me even requesting a refund.

So this was the halfway point of our vacation so we stayed here 2 nights on the way down and back a week later. The first night was the craziest hotel experience I have ever had. To start there was a pile of gummy candies in the elevator when I got in it. They were there when I checked out the next day as well. Lots of hair on the beds and bathroom from past tenants. I like to take the stairs just once during hotel stays for health reasons. Went to open the door for the stairs. And I hit the feet of a man who I would then see was sleeping in the stairwell only wearing pants and a pair of boxer briefs on his face I’m guessing to block the sun. So immediately turned around and told the Spanish cleaning lady who didn’t speak English what I had seen. My Spanish isn’t the best so I opted to walk her over a few feet to the door and open it. The look on her face was priceless. She immediately got on a device and was telling someone what she had just seen. Having what was likely a homeless man sleeping a few feet away from me and my family’s room is not comforting or safe. What if my daughter would’ve went into that hallway with a half naked man. Another safety note that I left a picture to better illustrate. Is the extremely narrow space for you to maneuver your cart and of course the street bike parked along the safe side so I couldn’t walk where it would be safe. Also the sidewalk and bricks below are nearly the same color so someone could easily drop off the narrow space cause in your periferal you can’t see the drop off you have to look at it. A simple white or yellow strip along the edge would make things allot safer. You can tell not allot of thought is put into things by management.
Safety: Discovered a half naked man sleeping in the stairwell a few feet away from my family. DONT TAKE THE STAIRS

My stay was excellent! I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, and check-in was quick and easy! $25 hold on card for incidentals and off to my room I went. It was one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time! The beds are so comfy!! Breakfast was good and I definitely staying here if you're in the area.
