Awful customer service at Short Pump! I was directed there ftom Chesterfield to purchase the suede like trench coat. Upon arrival I was told I couldn't purchase anything from the back d/t store inventory being in progress. Poor customer service to tell someone you have an item but you can't buy it. Perhaps consider changing your language during inventory time or do it after hours. I'll be returning the other coat as this experience wasted my time.

Probably the scariest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Tamiya, who was working in the fitting room, violently threatened to hit me with the clothing hangers after raising her voice and disrespectfully commanding me to get the hangers left in the fitting rooms. I’d only shop here if you’re willing to risk your safety.I’m writing this review because the manager on staff nonchalantly said she’d follow up with her, but it doesn’t seem like any action will be taken.

Terrible experience, an employee named Tamaya has been the most disrespectful human we’ve encountered, treating my girlfriend in such a violent manner at the fitting room, threatening her safety for not knowing where to put the clothes back. Not sure if she had a bad day but I couldn’t care less her actions were beyond unacceptable. Manager were was very cold only said we’re gonna look into this and did nothing else! Go shop somewhere where you can be treated with respect.
