While my family and I had an ‘okay’ experience with a recent rental from this Hertz location… I wouldn’t recommend using this company or their services. They warn you about high fees associated with very basic, expected occurrences and make for a HIGHLY uncomfortable experience, with concerns about leaving grains of SAND in the vehicle and being charged for it… ?️
They also expect a freshly cleaned/detailed vehicle upon return. Granted, I understand and agree with the concept of returning borrowed things to the owner in the way it was received (clean, no damage - very understandable)… BUT Enterprise understands and values reputation, and will clean the small things you may miss, or just detail the car all over and not rely on you to detail the vehicle for the next renter. Choose elsewhere for less stress. ??♀️ ?

Had a reservation here I set up over 6 weeks in advance. I even called the manager a week before we were to pick up the vehicle to make sure everything was good. Alice assured me everything was good to go. When my wife and I showed up on the reservation day to pick up the vehicle we were informed they didn't have our vehicle we reserved. I asked what they could do because we were leaving in an hour. They said come back Tuesday, other than that there was nothing they could do to help us. This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use Hertz or this location. Be warned.

Wow experience renting over the Labor Day weekend. Got my car confirmation Friday evening itself though I was picking up Saturday. Very smooth pick up in 5 minutes. Checked my license and gave me the keys promptly. Return was smooth though I waited for a while after 5 other clients picking up, as I wanted to report the fuel gauge not showing full though I had just filled the tank at the Wawa next door and avoid any billing issues later with fuel. Great clarification over the phone when I called about my missing AAA discount on the final receipt vs the rental agreement and the reservation!
Pleasant ladies in customer service who seem happy to rent cars and very patient with all the clients I saw or heard. Very different from my experience in May. I will continue to rent with decent prices for AAA members and great cheerful service at this Hertz closest to me.

The customer service was great here. The staffing is not. Our wait and process took an hour and many people were being turned away due to lack of vehicles. The vehicle we received was not what we ordered but the manager gave us a slight discount. Unfortunately she also had to clean the car before we got it. Upon return there was a mechanical issue with the car which probably should have been checked before we got it. But as I said this Hertz particularly is understaffed. The people were very hard workers! I can't express that enough because there was a lot of pressure on them from many customers and they all worked frantically and politely to handle the overwhelming atmosphere.

My name is too long to fit on my debit card so wells fargo put my nickname on it. When I presented my licenses and debit card Hertz employees told me I couldn’t reserve a car (which i need in order to get the stuff out of my car that flipped 3 times in an accident) because the names didn’t match and that there was nothing they could help me with unless they wanted to get fired. Lazy system managing. Apathetic and not at all helpful when it comes to keeping the client as first priority even in strenuous circumstance.

We were just given an absolutely horrible rental. UNSAFE, damaged, no oil, didn’t even clean it. I do not feel comfortable letting ny fiancé drive this. This is very unethical if not illegal. Someone please contact us!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took an hour for them to get us a car. They tried to give me a rental that reeked of cigarettes and weed. When we ended up with a different car, the back tire had a slow leak and we had to fill the tire up every time we drove it. Then they wanted to charge me $125 for a half a tank of gas. The communication and experience was awful. Will never go back.

Horrible!!!! I will never get a rental from there again. Poor customer service and terrible, dirty cars that they don’t get maintenance done on. Run!!!

Service was OK, not great. My rental was given to a president club member in the middle of my vehicle pick up. Was given a compact sedan instead. Was still charged the full sized sedan price. Drop off times don't match store open hours, a predatory practice to charge for being 'late' to return your vehicle.

After being denied my rental at the airport Hertz due to a “new policy” that indicates “no renting to locals if they done have an itinerary to fly”. I went in to speak to someone to see if there was anything that can be done the next morning. DJ very pleasant, I explained the situation he asked for my reservation number, within minutes he had me in a rental. The car wasn’t the cleanest, I had to wipe off the interior, but I was ok if that’s the worst part. I was relieved my 6 day reservation didn’t go to waste and I was able to go on with my vacation as planned.

Shoutout to DJ at this location ! He took care of me swiftly and made my experience 100x better ! I will continue to rent from here just strictly because of him ! I need to figure out what shifts he works lol! Come get taken care of the right way ! I promise DJ will make it worth your while every time !!!

Probably the worst hertz location I have been to. I am a presidents circle member with Hertz so I rent vehicles quite frequently. Car I rented had bald tires on it, tank hadn’t been filled all the way up, car was dirty inside, and the exterior windows were so dirty I had to take to a car wash. Whom ever is the manager of this location needs to elevate the customer service drastically.

Very chaotic at pick up. Extremely long line with not enough staff. They didn’t have the right car seat available that I pre-ordered. The gas tank was half empty when I got the car. They never reimbursed me for the gas. Even though I sent a picture and Explanation to customer service. When I returned, I got another fee which I asked what it was, but nobody seems to know. I also asked customer service which after five emails they never answered this question. Just kept saying sorry for the convenience, but that’s the way it is. I just wanted to know what the fee was. It was never explained. They also charged me for tolls which I never used. No one ever walked me through the car to explain that I even had a tag For tolls. I paid cash. So I was double paid and they did not reimburse once again. Just ripping me off every possible chance they could. It was so disoriented People were just walking up to cars and claiming them. A single man grabbed an SUV ahead of us even though we were in line in front of him and even though we had three children and was the last SUV we had to wait for more to come in. Very stressful experience
