I put an order in for a pair of boots in January and every time I call to check on them I keep getting told that they aren't in yet and that I'll have to wait longer. I finally got a date of September 26 to pick them up and when I called in to see if they were there I got told that they still aren't in and now I have to wait until possibly end of October to maybe finally get my boots. I have had to pay for other bits out of my pocket because they have taken so long on filling my order and since I get a bit voucher from my work and I used it there I can't go somewhere else. This is horrible customer service guys whatever reason it no longer matters. 9 almost 10 months is unacceptable to have to wait on a product or a purchase to be fulfilled. Not happy with them or their vendor at all.

I came here to buy my police gear and had such a terrible experience. Heather and the cashier are super rude and catty talking about costumers as they leave, and refused to help me find anything I was looking for. I’d rather pay more and go somewhere else.
