RC gets a 5 star, but Haynes overall gets a 4 star because I walked in and none of the salespeople approached me and I was ready to make a purchase. I know a couple of them had seen me. I walked around and found RC and he was happy to assist.

When we first entered no one greeted us so I was not sure how the visit would go. We found our way to the mattress dept and right away Sharya came over to introduce herself and offer help.She was very knowledgeable and seem genuine. We rarely purchase on first visit anywhere but based off the experience and the awesome patients and support from Sharya we decided to move forward with adjustable mattress purchase and more.We felt valued!
