You will never find a place as good as Hanover Tire and Auto. I’m here to acknowledge their impeccable customer service, their product quality/efficiency, and how I always leave 100% satisfied. They treat you like family and always greet you with warm smiles. No matter what day and time I know I can always rely on them every time I bring my vehicle there. Every service is done to the highest expectations and your vehicle is treated with care. This is the only shop I would EVER recommend bringing your car too! 10/10

I came in this morning to get an inspection. There were some things that needed to be fixed . Wyatt wasted no time explaining to me what needed to be done and ensuring that me and my son was comfortable while the work was completed. Wyatt made sure that my son was comfortable and had breakfast due to the repairs. Taking longer, then expected. April showed me nothing but kindness. Making sure that I had something to drink And share mom to mom tips. Being new to the area and experiencing some shops. They were definitely top tier and will have my business from now on. And anybody else that I know that is new to the area like me. They didn't treat me like a new customer. They treated me like I had been coming to them for 20 years. I felt like family. Thank you wyatt and april. Oh and the prices were great as well. Definitely worth the money and the drive.

Came in for a tire balance and rotation. They did the rotation and said the balance was fine (it wasn't) and charged me for services that weren't performed. Went in to another shop and they fixed the issue. Take your business elsewhere.

Does really great work, but I recommend honoring the cost presented to customers. On two separate occasions I was quoted one price and charged another. I didn't complain, I just stopped going.

I have used them for 20+ years. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and state inspection. They called when it was ready but said that they could not take payment over the phone. They have reduced their hours to bankers hours. I would have to take off from work to accommodate their schedule. IWILL NOT use them ever again.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I got my truck inspected. I an alignment and all new lugs replaced. It took about an hour.

Took my vehicle for state inspection, was quoted $600 for repairs. When I came to pick the car up the cost was $940 (they chalked it up to miscommunication). After leaving the car now has a worn out bearing, which is unbelievable as I've driven this car for 7 years and not once heard the noise I'm hearing after them working on it. My steering wheel shakes like hell which is another thing that was not happening when I took the car in. They then argued with me about the things I had noticed post inspection and asked me to point out the issues. All while bragging they've been working on cars for 20 years. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. Imagine being a mechanic, and asking your customer to find the issue with a car they brought in..... they put my car on the shoulder of the busy street they're on. White trash jacklegs here folks. If you care about your vehicle do not take it here.

picked up a massive screw in my tire on the way into work, I'd called firestone, Michelin, and a few other places asking to see if they could just look at my tire to see if it could be easily fixed or if the whole tire needed to be replaced. No one could fit me in and all suggested getting the tire replaced without even seeing it, which would've taken two days. I called Hanover tire and asked, they said to bring it in and they'll take a look at it. within minutes of being there my car was back in the shop getting looked at. minutes after that I was told that it could easily get patched up and I would be out of there. they also inspected my car all in under 40 minutes. Huge thank you for the amazing service and immediate help.
