I had a recent initial phone screen scheduled with an HR representative at this company for a maintenance position. On Wednesday of this week, the recruiter didn't call me around the scheduled time and 10 minutes past the scheduled time I sent an email to the person asking if they needed to reschedule.An hour later (as I was out to work now and busy) I get a missed call from the recruiter and an email explaining the lateness with a valid reason. I'm understanding, so then I asked if it's okay for us to reschedule for the next day (today) for the phone call. The worker agreed and then the same exact thing happens. No call around the scheduled time, I then email the worker 10 minutes after the scheduled time asking if we should reschedule and I've waited all day and received no call back nor an email response.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.I think this company is in the habit of wasting people's time, they don't have enough workers hired to deal with their workload, or they have workers here doing the job of at least 2 people each. Or better yet, all three!

Was not chosen for hire based on supervisors personal preference, not what the company is looking for in an employee. I exceeded all qualifications/expectations. The reason I was not hired is still a mystery to me, wasn’t a nice process at all. Highly wouldn’t recommend for anyone seriously looking for a career with this company.

HandCraft Services has great customer service. Andrew went out of his way to correct a towel shortage situation we had at Serendipity Wellness Studio, a massage therapy business in Burke, VA. 100 towels were supposed to be delivered and when we called about only 10 being delivered, he drove all the way to Fredericksburg to bring us 93 more towels that very same day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT sign with this company!! You will regret it HIGHLY!! We are constantly shorted sheets with no replenishment. When we asked our last previous rep about it, he couldn't give us an answer and quit a week later. They also will not give you enough blue bags to put the dirty sheets in. They expect you to use your own trash bags, then refuse to pick it up since it's not in a blue bag. The employees there are obviously very unhappy because they are not apologetic, I can hear the eyes roll in the back of their head every time I call with a valid complaint. So glad our contract ends with them soon.

Poor customer service. Rep makes promises and doesn't deliver. They keep shorting us and we keep asking them to fix the problem. No response from our rep so we are going elsewhere.

They don't care about humans, they are so cruel. The worst place to work. They are using poor and undocumented workers. I hate this place and the management. If you dont believe, once you are there then you will believe and confirm what i said.
