This shop has became my go-to since moving to Richmond, they always get me straight. Every time I've been they do an amazing job, and have also SAVED ME MONEY by letting me know when they've overestimated the cost and/or a service doesn't need to be done yet. Everyone is so kind

Had to tow my car here after another mechanic did a poor job repairing it. These guys were able to get my car in quickly and even let me know that my safety inspection was coming due. Something the last mechanic also missed.They fixed my issue (car overheating) and educated me on what could happen going forward with it. Great work and service.

Honest company that has been around for a long time. I am pleased to drop my car off or just wait in the waiting area. Plenty of magazines to engage your interest or watch TV. They always treat you will a smile, courtesy is the best. It never seems to take a long time for repairs. Experience grew of mechanics.Very happy with these guys.

Out right expensive! $1000 for installation of a set of quick quick struts. A 30 minute r&r. SMH I ran the hell out of there!

Hall' Tire and Auto Setvice Company is awesome! They are extremely trustworthy, and I would absolutely recommend Halls to anyone!! The cost of servicing my vehicle is the cheapest I know in Richmond. I think their honesty is why I am so happy!

Awesome people! I came in for a Car Inspection and I was in and out of there before I could get comfortable. My car passed inspection and I was sent off with happy tidings. I am sure to come back here, for everything. Love the Service! Great experience!

Great spot with a family owned vibe. They offer drop off based on their lot capacity so you don't have to get up so early which was a godsend for someone who works late nights. Timely and professional. To the point and easy to work with. Would highly recommend based off of my experience and will be using them in the future for sure.

These guys are amazing. They performed work on my wife’s brakes and my own. When I took my car in to have its brakes checked, they were honest enough to tell me they were fine and sent me on my way.Between outstanding communication, professional service, and honesty, I won’t be taking our cars anywhere else for work.Thanks again you all!

Excellent! Excellent place of business and customer experience that I received today!!First off: I have a Mini Cooper, which most place either A) Do not carry/supply my special kind of tire or B) I have to wait for them to ordered because it is a rare tire that does not sit in stock.I left from R&R tires, whom I previously purchased a full set of new tires from in September and they informed me that the damage to my tire was not covered under the warranty and they I would need to order a new tire , which runs around $180/tire because where the nail had punctured the tire it was not repairable. A friend of mine, who is also a Mini owner, highly recommended Hall's to checkout. I called Hall's and spoke with Vince, who is extremely kind and professional, and he informed me that he had my exact same tire for $122/tire and could have it in the shop within the next 2 hours. Vince called me back to inform me that if I could bring the car in today, he'd fit me in and replace the tire within an hour. As I arrived to the shop, upon inspection Vince informed me that my tire was in fact repairable and it would only be $20!! My tire was repaired in like 15 mins and all the while Vince was very warm and expressed his thankfulness for me choosing them to care for my car. These guys are amazing! I cannot see myself going elsewhere for tires again. I set an appointment tomorrow for an oil change also and plan on returning for all of my oil changes. 10 thumbs up!! Thank you so very much Vince for saving me money and your honest service!!
