I thought I had already posted a review since I have had bad experience with the service department since purchasing my vehicle. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and extremely rude. My car has been towed to this dealer twice in one month. My advisor has been rude to my face and right in front of his supervisor and the GM. All I want is to know my vehicle will get proper service and the issue will be resolved on the first visit. I don’t have time to keep coming back dealing with the same issues over and over. If your mechanics don’t know how to fix the issue take it to a mechanic that does. I have a warranty and want my car repaired. I left there today in tears because I was so humiliated in front of the entire shop. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer and definitely do NOT take your car for any type of service. Do NOT purchase the extended FIrst Extended (The Mechanic) warranty. My vehicle has been at this service center now for 12 days. They have yet to call and start a claim with the first extended contract which they are suppose to do before any repairs start on the vehicle. I cannot rent a car to get reimbursed through my contract until a claim has been started.

I bought a VW Tiguan from this place. I bought an extended warranty for it. I haven't had the car two years , when it started hemorrhaging oil. I took it in and was told that it had a cracked oil pan and a bad sensor. I forked over $500.00 because that was the deductible on my warranty. I live 28 miles away and didn't even make it home when the check engine light came on. I called immediately and told them about it. They didn't have any loaner cars and were very curt and sparky. They told me that it may not be covered under warranty. I wouldn't buy another car from here , even if they paid me to do so.

Noah was amazing thank you so much for all your help and helping me get my Jetta I love ? it. However this is not a good dealership if you want smooth sailing, on the business side of things . I purchased my car and a whole month later they still did not have my deal closed and did a major credit inquiry twice!! It was sloppy and a ridiculous amount of back and fourth, and terrible customer service once they realized they dropped the ball. Horrible costumer service and there service manager Nick so unprofessional its mind blowing. Do yourself a favor and go to the real Toyota dealer for great customer service , because this is not the place if you want it done right!!! my experience was absolutely draining and uncalled for!!

I just purchased a 2023 RAV4 from Haley Toyota and had an easy and pleasant experience interacting with everyone, especially my salesperson, Mo. This was my first like-new car purchase and he made it easy and hassle-free.
However, a few days after my purchase, I'm left wondering if I should have done more due-diligence before leaving the dealership. Obviously, I don't do this sort of thing everyday and didn't think of the details before I signed the papers and wrote a check. That being said, I would have expected to get into my car with all fluids topped off, including the gas tank. However, after leaving the dealership, I realized that my windshield wiper fluid was low and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Upon picking up my old car, the dealership topped off my wiper fluid with no hassle or questions. However, I didn't mention my disappointment at finding a quarter tank of gas, as my first stop after leaving the dealership was to the gas station and I had a full tank at that point. I'm only mentioning this now because, from what I've heard from others when purchasing new cars, is that they have always left the dealership with a full tank of gas. While spending $40 immediately after spending over $25k on a vehicle seems like a miniscule thing to point out, it would have been nice to not have to worry about either of these things when I left. Additionally, I realized that I only received one key to my vehicle and was told that the 2023 Toyotas don't come with two keys anymore, but I could download the Toyota app to unlock my doors. I tried downloading the app, but couldn't do so, as the vehicle was still listed as dealer-owned. I called Toyota customer service and had to send them proof of ownership in order for them to switch the type of vehicle. I also did some research on whether 2023 Toyotas come with a spare key and found that in late 2022, Toyota began issuing only one key fob for some models due to a chip shortage. However, Toyota also stated that they would provide customers with a second key fob once the supply improved. I will be calling Toyota again to see how I can get a second fob but learned of all of this on my own. I was never told any of this by the dealership.
I am left wondering if this dealership prides themselves in the small details involved in car purchasing or just hope that their customers don't care about that stuff.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My salesman MO was excellent. Ron,Dawn was absolutely awesome. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a car to go there. I will be go back there for my next vehicle. I thank everyone so much for your help.
