These folks sound good on the phone but their service is terrible. They told me my car was ready, after several weeks, so I paid $30 for an Uber to pick it up only to find out that it was not actually ready. Poor communication and barely an apology. Spending another $30 for an Uber home. Just awful service.Service: Body & Trim

None of the parts line up brand new hood is dented. All the respray has nibs and trash in the paint. Body lines and gaps are crazy. Do not do business here or you will regret it management has a serious attitude problem I only gave them one star on the review because zero stars was not an option. Should have took it to macco

Had an awesome experience here with my Mazda repair. Aaron Channell helped make the process seamless from start to finish, they did a great job on the repair (it’s like nothing ever happened to my car), they did an awesome job coordinating with my insurance company, and they got it done super quick! Hopefully I don’t need auto body services again any time soon but if I do this is definitely where I will be taking my car. It’s hard to find trusted auto people but I have found them here. Thanks Aaron & Haley Ford Body Shop!!!!

I had to travel to Florida the next day and noticed by inspection sticker had expired. It was the beginning of the month and ALL of the places I called (at least 10 of them) were not available to get me in. I drove to Haley Ford and explained my situation and Dede in the Service Department helped me out! She was so nice listening to my predicament and then squeezed me in. I was out within 2 hours of waiting. This was a HUGE help to me and I really appreciate it. I love Haley Ford in Chester, VA. We have been customers of that specific location for over 10 years. We still have our 1st Explorer and it has over 200k miles and it is still going. THANK YOU DEDE!!! Really appreciate you! KCJ

Literally just had the Worst experience with this place and cant believe the lack of quality in the paint job. Hair in the clear coat, forgot pinstripe on one side, Didn't assemble door back correctly. Had to get a 2nd rental to take it back to them and they STILL didn't correct the issues they said they would in writing, even installed the pinstripe crooked. AVOID HALEY FORD BODY SHOP. would give negative stars if possible. Dont let the hundreds of recent 5 star reviews on carwise fool you. They are fake. Hated that the deer ? had to die to have my vehicle repaired but these folks were very efficient and cleaned the car after it was repaired instead of leaving it a mess.

sales team sold me a car with after market rims that didn't have a wheel lock key so a couple months later when my tire was flat i couldn't change it. waited a month after i bought the car to register the plates so when i got pulled over it looked like i stole a car. service department sucks, made an appointment for an oil change at 10 am and i didn't leave until 12pm, another time they left the inside of my car dirty when it came back from the service.

long term customer (15 plus years). I spent roughly a little over 200k there over the years on new and used vehicles. I had the plugs in my 2005 f250 replaced in the end of 2020 to beginning of 2021. I left the state of Va a month later, a few months after I left I started having problems with my truck. I went to dealerships to have the service departments look at the truck to try and figure out whats is going on with it. I showed them the paper work where the plugs had been replaced. Finally after the 3rd visit a mechanic pulled the #8 plug and it was no good. The electrode was burnt off and the main body was cracked. We pulled multiple other plugs and they looked almost new. My truck had less than 10k miles on it since the plugs were changed (supposedly). I called multiple times to Haley Ford and end up calling one of the people under the main GM and told him what happened and he said the GM over service would call me back. Ben did call me back and once I told him what had happened he said it was the other dealerships fault for not finding the bad plug sooner. I know the warranty was off of the plug, but he would not even acknowledge the possibility of the service department not replacing that plug. I told him that it was obviously an accident, oversight, since I had not had any problems before. He continued to over talk me and blame everyone else. He was very argumentative and disrespectful. finally he told me his GM told him that he wanted nothing to do with me or this situation, and would not help me. He never even asked me what I wanted, or how they could help fix the situation. He just told me we were at fault. Horrible person to deal with and if what he said was true about his boss then they are a horrible person as well. I would post the pics of the spark plug but there isn't a way for me to do that.

Extremely rude customer service on the phone. The lady kept over talking me and wouldn't let me explain our issues. Overall condescending disposition displayed. I would not recommend wasting your time with this shop. She told me I couldn't drop the vehicle off for an estimate and repairs, unless I had taken pictures for my insurance, because my insurance wouldn't allow it.... FYI I had just spoken to my insurance and they told me to take it to a shop of my preference for an estimate, which I told her! She portrayed me as being ignorant and spoke down to me. She also told me they don't accept towed in vehicles, because they are too busy?? This is my wife's only vehicle and she had to get a rental...How else is she supposed to get it there??? She told me I would have to drive it in....?? I wonder if their schedule would change if I drove it in instead ? Very disappointed as I used to be a Master technician for Toyota and love the brand. The customer experience as really went down hill.

Absolutely the worst service department I've used for any brand! Service writers are great. However the quality of service is terrible! My vehicle has yet to be corrected after 6 months. And they just do the bare minimum under warranty to get it by. Also there is an open recall they have refused to fix (because it's not cold enough) it's a recall fix it!!! By far the worst Ford service department I've ever seen or felt with! Would give 0 stars or negative if possible
