I took my XT5 CADILLAC vehicle to Haley Buick on Midlothian on Tuesday 10/8/24 for an oil change and VA state inspection. On Tuesday mid-afternoon I received a online text from Haley stating that it was recommended to have rear rotors, rear brakes and tires replaced; BUT, vehicle needed to have rear toe links replaced in order to pass inspection. I also received an online email from Haley Buick stating that it had low tire treads, brakes but online info checked green ✅ that my brake system including BRAKE SYSTEM, lines holes & parking brakes brakes. It had a green ✅ mark and stated it was passed. On the last page it stated STATE INSPECTION underneath it " ✅state inspection - passed") which I do have pictures of that. When I called to see if my vehicle was ready. I spoke with Chelsea Watts. She stated that my vehicle failed state inspection. It was a rejection sticker on windshield. I learned that the technician Jacob Watts Rejected my XT5 Cadillac.
I then contacted another dealership for a second opinion and I learned that my rear toe links did need to be replaced to pass inspection with With four-wheel alignment. It was only recommended to have tires, rear brakes, rear rotors to be replaced in the near future but VA STATE INSPECTION Was not rejected. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Haley Buick once again. I did pay for the oil change + the rejected state inspection from Haley. To learn to read and to know that what was recommended was not actual needed to pass inspection.

I must say the staff that works at Haley's are awsome. The saleman name Christ Fuller he was an angel. He assured me that i would get a car and seems like he knew the the right car i wanted. He even came to pick me up because i had no way of getting there. And the car is fine and i mean fine! They worked very hard to get me finance. Thank you all !

The entire staff that helped us purchase our new SUV is excellent. Thank you Chris and Greg for your help! The entire process was fast we had to do everything at the end of the day they stayed 30 minutes past closing to get our deal done!
The entire process took probably an hour!

Constant run-around and delay, despite reasonably "friendly" service. Two years of issues on $80K brand-new vehicle that consumes oil 1 quart per <1000 miles, and has to be jump-started regularly. Haley blames GM, GM blames Haley, and they don't talk to each other. Nobody wants to take time to explore problems, just issue band-aid level short-term fixes. We should have known right away, when brand-new vehicle was delivered filthy and with bad tires-- which we fixed at our expense. We trusted them to help us, and all they (from sales, to service to General Manager) did was shift blame and delay, delay, delay, so they didn't have to stand behind their products. Everyone is in so much of a hurry and under so much pressure to sell, they apparently have no time to fix actual issues. Everyone was friendly and respectful, just not entirely competent.

My experience with Chris Fuller was exceptional from beginning to end. He gave me first class treatment in every interaction to help me purchase the automobile that not only suited my needs but also my taste. He was up-front and forthright in explaining the features of the vehicle and the sales price breakdown, which made the negotiation and purchase process short and seamless. I have already shared my experience at Haley Buick with family and friends and recommended that they see Chris Fuller when searching for a vehicle.
