Sometime around December 9, 2023 I unkowingly bought a used torch from them with barely any fluid left. So the person I got the present for lets me know it isn't working and I call the shop. The person on the says I can't get a refund because it's been too long. Which is stupid cause why am I punished for buying something that shouldn't have been used yet.

Man, I came in with my vape system that’s I’ve been using for years and got a whole new one (vaporesso) and I am so happy with this purchase. Very friendly staff and really felt like a friend giving me good advice. I’ll make this my to-go vape shop.

This store needs to update their number or whatever it takes to fix the fact that they are unreachable by phone. It’s been this way pretty much since they moved from down the street; either you get the immediate “the number you have dialed is no longer in service” message, or it rings infinitely. I’m not about to drive to your shop if I don’t know that you have what I need. Griffin has what us approaching a monopoly on good vape shops in Richmond—not to sound like a Karen, but so expect better than this.
