I went to this location for the first time. I really liked things, they are organized and the staff is very friendly. Above all, I found what I was looking for, of very good quality.

This is the first time coming to this location. It's a large store has plenty of items to choose from. Definitely will be back to see what they have coming in. They're definitely in a great location as well. Only drawback I had was there wasn't anyone at the registers and I'm standing there waiting to be checked out.' Other than that I had a great experience.

Well stocked, well lit, and spacious. The associates were very helpful and thorough with helping me get some prices figured out for some stuff that was unmarked. Very glad to have a Goodwill in the Forest Hill area now!

A friend and I spent the day going to thrift, consignment and antique stores in the Chesterfield area. We hit 2 different Goodwills and only I made a purchase at the Goodwill on Alverser. This new Goodwill is nice, big and had loads of household merchandise but falls into the growing category of thrift store that thinks it's a high end antique store with it's prices. I had just paid $5 each for 3 gorgeous Christmas angels in fabric at a high-end consignment store. In this Goodwill similar Santas in poor condition ran from $14.99 to $16.99. One was so badly stained , maybe from cigarette smoke that anything white on it had turned brown. Pricing isn't even consistent. I saw one item , a small plaque in duplicate, 2 different color tags, one item was $4.99, the other $6.99. The most outrageous item I saw was a set of dishes for $399.99 because people shopping in thrift stores spend almost $400 on dishes ? How is it that we could afford to shop in antique stores and consignment shops, all with better quality merchandise but not Goodwill ? The Goodwill stores are not all the same and I've found that depending on the area, some are reasonable and some are outrageous. This one is absurd.

Donation drop off: it’s around back of the building. There are very large temporary signs pointing the way and there is PLENTY of space to drop off and turn around.Store: it’s new so it’s pretty well organized however I did see a lot of housewares items without tags.
