This pharmacy is extraordinary. My partner and I relocated to Richmond about a year ago and started with CVS because it was familiar, but we quickly switched to Mcquire Park and never looked back! The owner is highly knowledgeable and very solution-oriented. He remembers us by name and takes excellent care of us. You don't get this service at a chain pharmacy.

I had to find a new pharmacy after moving from out of state and I'm so glad I chose MPP. My prescription was ready in minutes and I was completely blown away by how efficiently I was taken care of. The pharmacist was absolutely lovely and personable. Definitely will be going back in the future.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to! The pharmacist is so kind and helpful, and he always offers solutions when I have any insurance/medication shortage issues. They always have my prescriptions ready to go the same day they're called in. I won't go anywhere else!

A good place for prescriptions in Shockoe Bottom. There are great communications and quick filling of Prescriptions. Also they deliver and that is a great service for me.

I used to go to rite aid but they never had what I needed. This pharmacy feels more like family and I enjoy coming in to get my prescriptions. If I could give it ten stars I would!

Best pharmacy ever! The owner, Phillip, is there every day and he’s so kind and helpful. He knew me by my name since day one that I become a client. Getting my prescription filled is so easy. I call him directly and within 5 or 10 minutes he fills my prescription. When I had insurance issues, he even helped me navigate them.

Transferred my prescriptions to McGuire Park after a terrible experience with CVS. Had a much better experience. They answer the phone quickly and are helpful. Filled my prescriptions without any issues or run around. Great service, no hassle. Thank you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about MPP. Every time I come in, I am known by name and I’m talked to like a person and not just a script number. Mr. G is great for conversation and advice, and has several times recommended ways for me to save on some of my prescriptions. You truly get the neighborhood feeling here. I have never had problems with store hours or getting my prescriptions filled immediately. Support this local business, you won’t regret it!

I just wanted to recommend the McGuire Park Pharmacy on East Main. I never do this, but I have had ongoing problems with CVS for months. There just always seems to be a problem or an excessive wait time or nobody available by phone.Today I had a prescription transferred here and the pharmacist could not have been nicer or more helpful, and he answers the phone personally with no wait time. If anyone is looking for an old-school neighborhood pharmacy, I highly recommend McGuire.

Wow! This was my first experience here and I am so glad I came. I had an issue with a prescription being sent to a pharmacy that was not covered under my insurance. I called McGuire Park Pharmacy and he took care of getting it transferred and filled within 10 minutes, while I was there. He was extremely friendly and chatted with me the whole time. As I went to check out, there were again some issues with my insurance and the coverage and he made sure I was able to walk out of the office with my prescription in hand. Thank you so much for the time, patience, and care for me as a patient!
