I have the membership that gives you access to all the Golds locations in RVA but this one is my favorite due to the variety of group fitness classes, cleanliness and especially the professional management ( thank you Paul and Cristina for helping me w my complex billing issue).

Great gym! Has more than everything I need and multiples of many machines and tons of racks. Only disappointment is folks really don't rerack their weights despite the warnings around the gym that their membership will be terminated if they don't

The staff is friendly and the facility seems pretty good. I wish they had a hip thrust machine and back extension! Another add/abb leg machine would be nice as well.
