Gold's Gym in Richmond East End providing the latest cardio and strength training equipment plus exercise programs that include Zumba BodyPump Spinning much more. The gym combine amenities include a kids club dry saunas tanning and world‑class personal training and complimentary fitness assessments to deliver unrivaled fitness options and weight loss programs. Facilities and workout equipment are great but the male locker room and bathroom area is atrocious for some. Everyone is friendly and the staff stays consistent making sure you feel comfortable and safe. class spin are full but there are never enough bikes. gym is clean friendly and good for build a healthy lifestyle.

This location has more equipment than the other Golds in the area especially plate loaded and leg. My only complaint is people will load up plates and not rerack or leave dumbelss laying around. Start charging members that don't rerack $20 problem solved.

Here from out of town one of best gyms I’ve been to very old school type of gold gyms vibe people that complain about little thing about the gym need to join planet fitness or some of those other baby gyms
