I love Gold's gym! Everyone is friendly and every time I go I get a good workout. I love the equipment, it is very helpful.

Great gym, always clean. Only downside, there are never enough working bikes for spin class. Jason’s spin class is the best and it’s always full, we need more bikes!!

Amazing staff that stays consistent making sure you are comfortable and safe I am a 69 year old that has been away from the gym for 25 years. I feel safe and can build a good healthy lifestyle.
