If the boss isn't there, don't bother. I'm a repeat loan customer and I came in with 10g of fine gold and was offered 150$. ??? For 650$ of 24k gold. I also brought in a kilo of fine silver and could not make a deal. Your guess is as good as mine. If you need a loan, don't bother, they don't have any money to lend.

Hands down the best store of its kind in the Richmond metropolitan area! Jake and his crew are fair, easy to work with and understanding and always give top dollar for the merchandise. If you need a loan or have something you need to get rid of I highly recommend this store above the rest.

Not only do they have a bit of everything ,but it's quality above everything else it feels like. High end shoes, high end jewelry, even top of the line tools. I just wish I came with a bigger car.

This location is the best pawn service in Richmond. They offer grade A service. On my last visit there, they provided me with help moving a 75inch television from there shop to my vehicle. I highly recommend you visit this place.
