  Office staff and guard were not very friendly, but I guess that's part of their job? Being tough and not letting anyone in who shouldn't be there? I dunno, but Edward the Pharmacy Person was totally cool! ???Very friendly and so helpful, really nice!

  Brian was very helpful in explaining why he was calling. He very patience with me. He has excellent telephone etiquette. I really enjoyed talking with him.
