My fitness practice is essential for my overall health and wellbeing, and I couldn’t think of a better place than Glatter Fitness to work on myself. Michael Glatter has built a gym that fosters a sense of community and support. The intimidation of exercise is promptly squashed with thoughtful instruction and the occasional laugh. I know that I can take things at my own pace, but trainers will always be there to push me forward to meet and challenge my potential. Thank you Mr. Glatter!

i LOVE this place! The class times are perfect for my schedule, the class length is great, the heart rate monitors are great, the music is great, the people are great, its just great all around! You get to weigh in weekly and see your progress and seeing your heart rate on the TV vs. other people is cool too!

I’ve tried to get into an exercise habit many times before at few different gyms and with the support I’ve received at Glatter Fitness it’s finally a reality. It’s not an easy workout but it’s a good workout and I feel great. For the first time I’m working out 5 days a week :)

I'm approaching the end of my 3rd week of the 6 weeks challenge. Within these past few weeks I've lost 2% body fat. I feel myself getting stronger with every workout! I love how the trainers help with form and breathing. Everyone has been so welcoming! This challenge has increased my knowledge of nutrition. Before Glatter nutrition has been a challenge for me. I'm excited to see what the next 3 weeks bring!

I started the six-week challenge three weeks ago. The Bootcamp has helped me lose weight and become stronger! They have modified moves to help you get stronger and before you know it, you can do the move without modifications! The members are very welcoming and include you in their "challenges" right away. That gave me the motivation I needed to succeed. The simple meal plan really works, and I'm not left hungry or craving sweets anymore. I can choose a Bootcamp in the early morning before work, during lunch, or after work, which makes fitting it into my schedule easy! The trainers are knowledgeable and compassionate with each member's needs. Can't wait to see where I am on my journey after these six weeks and beyond! Thank you, Glatter Fitness!

This was a phenomenal experience! Each staff member at Glatter Fitness has his/her/their own unique & effective style. By following the training and eating plans designed by Michael, I was able to lose 17 pounds and 4% body fat in six weeks! I highly recommend anyone who is serious about getting healthier head there immediately.

I am a former collegiate football player and I came to Glatter Fitness looking for a quick spark to get back into shape to continue my training on my own. I experienced a great welcoming family like environment where we pushed each other to achieve our goals. I came in a little over 220 and after 6 weeks I’m down to 205. This gym and program has by far exceeded any expectation I had prior to coming in to train. If you are looking to get into good shape and begin your journey toward a healthy lifestyle, this the place for you.
