“Costco gas is consistently less expensive, especially for 93 octane. Over time I have found 87 to be .10 - .20 less than traditional gas stations, and .25 - .50 less for 93. The pumps themselves work well and a tap of your Costco credit card gets you an additional 4% back.Having said that, the 4% back is available at all gas stations and there can be lines here during busy hours, especially weekends. If a 15 gallon fill-up of 87 saves only $1.50, but someone spends 10 minutes waiting for a pump to open, is the time lost worth the relatively small discount? That varies for everyone. If your time is limited and you cannot pump outside of the busiest times, it’s not actually a value. For me, I can time my visits so Costco gets the lion share of my gas dollar, and I prefer supporting Costco anyway.”

“I got 2 hot dogs at about 4pm on a Sunday. Whoever was in the kitchen did a bang-up job. They care about their work and whipped up what I ordered professionally. The hot dogs were great, everything went well ????. This is the newer Sheetz location. Much recommended.”

“Finials I found a honest repair shop! They do good work at a very reasonable price. Had a blower motor replaced on my Mazda for $200 cheaper than the dealer! $200! Highly recommend them and will be telling everyone I know!”

“These guys are quick, communicative and cost efficient. My car lost acceleration on a Tuesday and I dropped it off with Graham at 8am on Wednesday. I saw a ton of cars in the lot and Graham told me that they're backed up with inspections and it may be a while. I left it anyhow bc I live close and was desperate. Graham called me by 9:30am to tell me I needed new spark plugs and a coil, and then had it ready to pick up by noon. Labor was only 1/3 of the total cost and was super reasonable. I have terrible luck with cars, but Carroll's Auto took all the stress out of the experience - thank you!!!”
“Bubba was great! I was having a strange, sticking issue with the front brake on my Jeep. I stopped by at 5pm on a Friday and Bubba was closing shop. He stopped what he was doing and said he would work on it tomorrow. I was in a panic and explained that I had a birthday brunch to attend at the river that next day. Bubba had my Jeep fixed the next day in time for me to get to the party. Thanks Bubba!”

“The 60Mart CITGO has satisfactory customer service. The big reason that I have given it five stars is because they consistently have some of the lowest prices on regular in the Richmond Metro. If I happen to take a road trip up from Hampton Roads that involves Richmond and I-95, I always try to make sure that I stop and see the friendly folks here. It's in my list of places”
“6/23 Kroger Fuel Center N Richmond, VA. Pulled in for gas, after fuel point redemption we payed $2.19 pulled in with a motorhome, little dicey but we filled up and dodged traffic to get out. I’d go here again.”

“I went to this location for gas. I paid for my gas inside but got to the pump and it was frozen and wasn't allowing me to select grade. I went back in and was speaking to cashier Sam to figure out what happened. She was polite and had to redo my transaction. However it was another employee that was standing there name Tim that was very friendly, offered to help exhibiting great customer service. Great customer service make a difference....Tim did just that, by offering to help and he went the extra mile an pumped my gas to change my experience. I was no longer irritated that the gas pump didn't properly work the 1st time. Way to Go Sam and Tim at this Pitstop location!¡!!!”
“This is where I take my vehicle every time even though I have a family friend who owns a shop further downtown. The Village Exxon team does everything they can to accommodate you - it’s clear their priority is keeping you and your vehicle safe, not just their bottom line. It’s no wonder they’re in high demand! They always provide multiple options to try to fit your budget, prioritizing what work needs to be done sooner rather than later, and if they think you’re better off going to the dealership, they’ll straight up advise you to do so. They can handle a lot here though - I get my inspection, oil changed, tires rotated, all the basic maintenance and then some. Last summer, when it was “raining” from under my dash, they even real quick pulled my car in to replace the air filter and flush whatever nastiness was clogging it so the AC would work properly. Love these guys! Would (and have) definitely recommend Jay and his team! 10/10”

“I don't know how to rate a 7-11 unless the coke slurpee (best flavor of slurpee, fyi, btw ?) machine is broken and the staff are rude, etc..
I get 5% cash back on gas I buy from 7-11 and this particular 7-11 has cheaper gas than the others in the surrounding area.”

“Car Wash not in service. Have had a pump not take my membership card (twice at same pump). Gas prices are less than other nearby stations but more expensive than several nearby (independent, not the Exxon, Mobil, Shell, big corporate stations).Layout of access to these gas pumps must have been an afterthought. Entrance shares with grocery store and the main Sam's store which is very congested during rush hour and also when gas prices skyrocket.It's very annoying if you are in a hurry because you must enter your membership card, then the payment card, which can take a while to process. You are asked if you want the car wash too. Select type of fuel. Pump fuel. When you put the nozzle back you must wait for the prompt to print receipt. Meanwhile, the line of customers behind you grows and you look like you are just standing around. After you get your receipt you can leave.Tip: go when lines are short?You can also use your phone to pay. I haven't tried this feature yet...but I plan to!”

Many of the reviews are pretty old, 4+ years old. This location was great. No issues with using my credit card. Prices were fair. It is right off the highway.

“Okay so I don't usually leave reviews however I stopped into the store today and got a drink and a steak and cheese sub the two gentlemen behind the counter cooking I believe their names are Dante and shanique I probably spilled that wrong but I have got to tell you if you have never stopped here stop and try it the food was so amazing I had to call back to the store just to let the manager know that this was the best sub that I have ever had and to come from a gas station that says a lot.”
