I was shopping with my granddaughter today and had the pleasure of meeting so many kind workers. The girl Summer in the dressing room was so good at recommending outfits for my granddaughter and made her feel so beautiful. I don’t wear the clothes myself but she made me feel like I could! ? I will be visiting again soon. Such a good experience from everyone there and would recommend ?

I came in looking for a dress that wasn’t in stock. Kimberly helped us and was AMAZING. She ordered me the dress to be shipped to my home and helped me decide on sizing. She was sweet and patient and so helpful. Thank you!

Love this store and brand. Staff is always welcoming and pleasant. Although I'm older, I own many FP clothes and am treated very kindly with assistance when shopping in store and items are not available by staff. I purchase online as well, and am not made to feel bad when returning items that didn't work. Love FP! ? My closet is full of the brand! Trust me.?

Walked in with my daughter and the associates were very welcoming, with the exception of the district manager. She asked what brought me in the store, and I responded in jest that I was too old to shop here and just visiting with my daughter. She responds, “You’re not too old”, which was nice. As I walked to the back of the store, she seemed to yell, “We don’t ALLOW self deprecating either”, in a condescending tone. That comment caught me off guard; the more I thought about her tone, the more bothered I became. I called the store and spoke with her; she offered the customer service number for complaints, but said it would loop back to her anyway. She offered a shallow apology. Not used to being scolded by store employees. Never again and I do mean never.

Every time I roll into town I always make a stop at the Short Pump outdoor mall! My first go-to store is always Free People! I always have the best of luck at this location! I always find great belts! The store is always stocked, organized and the staff are always so friendly and helpful! In addition, the outdoor mall is a great place to shop, dine, or just relax and window shop!

Highly recommend this location and their wonderful staff. I had an issue with an order and they gave me a full refund after having trouble with Free People Online Customer Service. Lisa was incredibly kind and professional over the phone. Love this location and will always be a regular here ◡̈

As soon as I walked through the door I heard "Welcome in" from someone and was impressed. So many people are miserable now, and that was so refreshing. The rest of the employees said "hi, welcome in" as I passed (sometimes its the little things, and their staff actually brightened my day). Whoever is dressing the mannequins is doing great because I saw multiple outfits that made me excited for spring. This place has always had good policy, but I'm just so happy their excellent customer service has survived the pandemic when customer service from most businesses have not.
