Room was clean. Some hair in tub but no big deal.. The service was good front desk was super nice and welcoming. And location was good not too much of a busy hotel and the overwhelming at all. Enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel was great, unfortunately we were in a room that was connecting… the person staying in that room decided to keep television on a maximum volume for 4 hours, after contacting the main desk at 2 am they turned it down, only to turn it up again at 6 am…. Not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice but the licality has some major issues. There is an area wide Internet outage affecting the whole area. We had no Wi-Fi during our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was professional and offered great hospitality.Rooms: Nicd clean rooms. However due to area wide outage, we had no Wi-Fi in the room or hotel!!!

My son & I are staying in Richmond for a sporting event. We did NOT book at the discounted team hotel rate, so we’re paying full price 200+/night.I’m very disappointed.At 10pm our neighbors next door came home, waking us with their very loud conversations that took place well after 1am. My son discovered that there was a hole in the wall between the two rooms & he could actually look into our neighbor’s room. Then, at 7am when I attempted to shower there was NO HOT WATER in the building. The boiler was “out”.When I reached out to the front desk there was no ETA on when hot water might be available. I reached out through the app (as recommended by front desk staff) & “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” was my only response!!!!100% unacceptable given the rates I’ve paid! The water unfortunately did not get fixed before we had to leave for the day.We left hotel to eat breakfast…. Because no hot water for shower = no hot water anywhere = no handwashing…..When we returned from breakfast we did switch rooms. Which was a pain but, at least we can’t see our neighbors. The “upgrade” was merely another room on the top floor without a hole in the wall. I will say that the front desk staff, seemed overwhelmed, likely because everyone complaining about the lack of hot water, were at least friendly.We had a very busy weekend planned & our only requirements for our stay = a quiet safe place to rest & a shower!Very disappointed & will never stay here again. Will ensure that our children’s teams will never again recommend this location.

Third stay here and I'm finally posting to say how great this place is. Staff is friendly and highly competent and rooms are more than adequate with in-room and lobby coffee, powerful shower, and comfortable bed. Staff is what really makes it though--front desk, housekeeping and bar have all been just incredibly nice. I will return here any time I'm in the area.

Tonight when I checked into my room, I had one issue and spoke with the manager Vincent. Not only was he kind patient and compassionate about my issues he resolved all of them. Not only will I be returning I will now be a lifelong customer of four points. I can’t remember the last time I received outstanding customer service in general, or like this on a holiday.Noteworthy details: Amazing manager Vincent!

Nice hotel within 15 minutes of downtown Richmond. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mobile check in, check out, and room key was super nice and made everything very efficient. Rooms were nice and well priced. No complaints.

Staff was excellent. I am disappointed that there was no coffee in lobby. Have stayed at Courtyard Marriott in Hampton no coffee they sold Starbucks. Was told coffee in morning at 6:15 but then had to wait until restaurant had time to set it up. Will never stay again when "Marriott" is involved. I had to go to Wawa both hotels.

Love the ladies at check-in, made me feel right at home. It was a treat coming in to see them every evening. Great location the Chesterfield Mall is within 10 minutes. Restaurant serves an o.k. menu, it sits between the lobby and swimming poolNearby activities: Restaurants, mall, convenient store, etc. It's on a strip.Safety: Law enforcement were present.Walkability: Four manicured ponds on the backside of hotel.Food & drinks: Not bad restaurant in the facility.

The hotel is a little older but impressively clean! Front desk service was great! Drawback was we asked for handicapped room and although we got it and the room was huge, and the bathroom room was set up with service bars all around there was nothing there "if' you needed to call for help. The phone was removed and not even a way to call for help but to yell until someone heard you. Our room was clean but the over bearing chlorine smell was over done. Perhaps use something not so scented? Our last night there were two puppies three doors down who barked nonstop over two hours. Finally went down to complain but the receptionist was nowhere to be seen. Had to wait 10 minutes before they showed up. Apparently there were several complaints before ours. And although they offered us to another room on our last night know that the 2nd floor are for those with dogs so be sure to request your room on a different floor.Rooms: Nice large roomsNearby activities: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearbyNoteworthy details: Second floor is where the pets are allowed. You do not want to be there.

So this is a quiet hotel that shows its wear and tear. It was comfortable and there is plenty of parking. The hotel seemed to be at capacity based on the number of cars, but there was no wait for the elevators and no noise.Shower pressure was good and the water temp was perfect. A/C was a little loud, but held the room to a comfortable 72.I rated the service as a 5, but never really interacted with anyone from the hotel, as my reservation, my check-in, room key and check-out were all done through the Marriott app. This was really convenient since the front desk was busy when I got there. Highly recommend using the app.Rooms: Comfortable and well appointed, but do show some wear & tear.

I recently stayed for a convention. I had tedious room requests that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. I definitely want to shoutot Karen and Vincent who were really amazing! Anything I needed they were happy to help.
