I am very thankful for these people! I had a very troublesome issue in my vehicle but they kept me updated on the situation and made me feel comfortable. Feeling like I could trust them made a stressful time all that easier to deal with. I have my car back and I’m very thankful!!
Edit - went back again after hearing some troubling noises and they did an excellent job again! Ten stars :-)

I took my car here rather than my regular mechanic since I was worried my car wouldn't make it to my normal spot. It took two days and $450+ to "fix" a front wheel bearing and the problem remained once I picked my car up. They told me they fixed the front right wheel bearing but now the front left wheel bearing needed repair. This sounded extremely suspect to me, so I took the car back to my trusted mechanic and they confirmed that the problem was still the front right wheel bearing and that the front left was fine. Either they don't know what they are doing, or they pulled a fast one on me.

Forest Hill is a great, old-school garage! There’s no barista or fancy waiting room — just friendly guys who take great care of their customers with humor and a smile. While I was getting my truck inspected I watched them accommodate a scheduled appointment, a walk-in emergency, and a repeat customer pickup, all with the same efficiency, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. Chris and the crew made my day, and I think I found my new auto care place!
