Great customer service dealing with an emotional just turning 23 year old on the spectrum. Helped me get a pregnancy test because I couldn’t find one. When I got home it was negative. Thank goodness! Thankful for the wonderful employees that helped out my emotional self.

No self checkout here and never an express lane. If you're coming in to just grab a thing or two, expect an ice-cream-melting line wait. Food Lion keeping their stores understaffed just like everyone else :(

The customer service manager Vanessa will make you feel like a criminal for just trying to cash a paycheck from your 2nd job. Her attitude was rude, condescending, and immature, and ultimately refused to help me in anyway. She raised her voice at me like I was a child. When I asked for her superior, she said she was the manager in charge, with attitude.
It's unbelievable to me that someone with such a low level of professionalism could be in management.
Do better Food Lion.

I went to Food Lion in the produce department. Cucumbers were 2/$1.00. The Cucumbers looked so bad they should have been thrown in the trash. They weren't fit for human consumption.

Smelled bad, place needs a facelift, self check out would be nice. The cashier was playing on his phone between bagging my stuff and giving me my receipt.

Food Lion is one of my favorite stores. I can get in and out in a hurry, and I like human interaction. That I can't get in a self checkout line.
