We purchased a vehicle from Five Star Car & Truck. We live roughly 2 hours from the dealership & Maria made the process seamless from start to finish. You can definitely tell that they care for their customers and they are NOT pushy, they truly want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Faraz was friendly and welcoming! I would 10/10 recommend five star car & truck.

Best experience at a dealership, hands down. Howard was incredibly generous with his time, and I never felt pressured at any point. You get the feeling that they genuinely want you to buy the right car and not feel pressured or rushed into something you're unhappy with.
This is what the car buying experience should be. Low pressure, open communication, and no slimy sales tactics. Couldn't ask for much more out of a dealership.

I have never met and worked with a company that cares so much for their customer as Maria, Chris and Howard. Maria worked her magic with lenders while Chris and Howard found the perfect car for me and my little family. I’ve never felt more taken care of and like family from the initial phone call in for product availability to the phone call that permanent plates are ready for pick up. I am a forever customer of and will forever, highly recommend Five Star Car & Truck!!

Chris is the best EVER!! IM IN COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA, and he made buying my car sooooo easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was good. The car is everything and more. He also made sure he answered every question and phone call. I've owned alot of cars,but this was the experience by far.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced and I’ve bought numerous vehicles. Chris was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter but I didn't feel like Chris was trying to "sell" me on anything making me feel very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price plus no back-and-forth nonsense like most dealerships. Once the deal was made, I was driving home in less than 30 minutes thanks to Maria - That has never happened!! Will be sure to look there for my next vehicle. The staff here are the epitome of what outstanding customer service is about. They help out so much and will keep working with and for you to help you with what you need. I had such a great experience working with them. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for a car. I cant thank them enough for everything they've done for me.
