Come here quite a bit as an hvac contractor. These guys are so slow. I thought Fredericksburg Ferguson was bad but these guys are giving them a run for their money. As a contractor I don't have all day to wait on people. They need to work on speed to get us professionals out in a timely manner. I have spent close to an hour waiting on stuff that was pre ordered and they couldn't even find it

The staff was extremely helpful and eager to help. Nicklaus was very helpful and the front counter young lady. I had been to lowes and home depot and they act as if I was an issue to help. I walk right in told them what I needed I they got it order on the spot thank you. I have a few projects and now you guys are my go to from here out. They both done it with a ?

I wish I could give this place more than five Stars. The selection of high-end tile was amazing. They also had beautiful and more affordable tile. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The in store personnel were great and very helpful. They will most likely have what you need. They get 5 stars but know that the person you call on the phone is not a technical person and can only recommend parts that come up on his screen. I provided the part number from two parts. I was quoted two parts that were incompatible and after properly installing the parts, which was confirmed by an HVAC tech, the more expensive part was damaged. If you're quoted parts over the phone makes sure you confirm with the in store personnel that they are giving you the right parts because they will not refund your money if you install and the part is damaged.Update: Per the owner response below I provided my contact information. I haven't received a response since this initial contact. I reached out a second time via email two weeks later and as of 9/5/2023 still haven't heard back.

Had a really bad experience here. Came here with my mom prepared to buy 2 ceiling fans however staff never acknowledged us. No one tried to help us at all. The staff seemed to be racist in my opinion. Will never step foot in the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!
