This place is the best! I had a very unique and fragile item to ship, and the manager spent 30 minutes working with me to customize a package to fit my exact need. Thanks for great service!

The customer service and integrity of this location has declined significantly! Their stellar employees are to thank for them never getting my money again. Abhorrent. Gotta wonder how a simple packing/shipping company gets 3 stars?

Edit: review is for the print self service itself, not the employees! They have always been kind when I've needed help.Printers for self serve printing are ALWAYS having issues. I've come 4 weeks in a row to try and print documents for a class I'm teaching and the documents have come out looking completely possessed and unreadable.The staff are always kind and helpful, but I've been told it's a software issue with the printers that is not fixable, I have had the same issue no matter which self-serve printer I have used (I've tried all 4).Each time I've been able to take my retrieval code up to the desk and get things reprinted, but it always takes extra time and often I am trying to get to the class I teach in the short amount of time between dropping off my kid at daycare and getting to work. And Trust me, if there was a different print and go location within striking distance, I would be using it!

No attention to detail and terrible customer service. When I arrived to the store, there were 3 workers not helping anyone and I stood at the counter to be acknowledged for a good 5 minutes. I had professional brochures printed out through Canva. Everything looked good on Canva (as they double check things for you). When it printed out, it was done very sloppily with the middle part crossing over to the other side of the Tri-fold. Their attitude was nonchalant and they refused to correct and reprint it OR discuss ways to correct my order. From now on, I'm printing and getting everything delivered directly from Canva. The FedEx workers could care less. Be better!

5 stars because service was wonderful. The young lady went above and beyond..I think her name was Sabrina(Sunday 10/8 at noon). She was the only employee present. The experience was amazing from the second I walked in the door. She was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Seriously??7:59pm, MAYBE just barely 8pI pull right up to the front door to drop a package off, already labeled. All I need to do is drop it, get a receipt. It's all automated!As I'm walking in, an employee walks out to lock the door, tells me I have to come back tomorrow.I've been coming to this FedEx for a decade or more and I've always been greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. It literally would have taken me a minute at most to drop my package.That's all I got, sorry to say....

Awful service. If you’re in need of something quickly or in a reasonable amount of time go elsewhere, customer service is nonexistent - you’re a bother to them if you walk in and can’t help yourself.

My friend and I were at this location yesterday, for quite some time as I was faxing very important documents.There was an elderly gentleman there that clearly needed assistance.Omar (we heard this conversation) told him that he was helped too many times and left him on his own.My friend went over and helped him with his problems with the scanner.My friend made copies of what she needed and I faxed what I needed, two times.We were never told that we would be charged (a holding fee of 10.00 dollars for every transaction made).It was unacceptable how the elderly man was treated and unprofessional not to let us know how this would be implemented.This establishment needs professional, trained and ethical employees.Very disappointed.

Because of my own lack of clarity, my cards were printed smaller than I’d expected and I wrongly faulted the store in my review — and they STILL offered to reprint them for me. Huge thanks to Sabrina for reaching out and arranging my reprint. Your kindness is so appreciated, especially given the nature of the order.

Poor customer service from assistant manager today. Unprofessional and rude. Shipped items from this location several times in the past with no issues, so likely just the individual.

I don't advise using FEDEX. They proved unreliable for me when just sending candy to my family via Sam's Club. After many calls and many excuses for not delivering my package for over 5 days, I finally asked Samsclub for my money back. I was not use them during the holiday season
