Fred assisted me in printing today. As he approached I said hello- he was silent in response. After he printed what I wanted he added a $17.00 charge because he assisted me. I asked for more info and he said if I printed it myself he wouldn’t have added the fee. I told him I was given no options nor told I could even do it myself. This is for a 2x3ft print job and there are ZERO signs or ANYTHING telling customers about the fee, how to use the printer, or anything. He said the next time I come in I to remind him and he’ll take care of me.

Uploaded an order to print copies of a flyer to help my friend find her lost dog. I called and talked to Fred. He was able to rush the order and was so nice. So very helpful in a difficult time. Thanks Fred!

Went there at 6:45 today and doors were locked and no one was there. Even though posted hours are until 7pm.

I left a review a couple weeks ago, and I guess they didn’t agree with my experience because it was either deleted or somehow disappeared. Yes, it was negative because my experience was negative and treatment was atrocious. Employee was rude, obnoxious, and when a card wouldn’t go through and my friend looked at me and said my card works, the employee yelled at her, “well, it doesn’t work here” no one was speaking to her, we were talking quietly to each other because she had already announced to the place the card wasn’t accepted, when I got my card from the car and used it, she just threw the receipt my general direction and moved on to the next person. The original had the rest of the story.

I regularly visit Fedex 2-3 times a month for sending care packages to my mother who lives in a different state. I visited this particular store which is a little further away from my house however i was absolutely impressed how sweet and helpful these employees were. I was attended by Hahane and she was so helpful and kind… she gave me all the details and offers available. Needless to say i will continue driving further away to this store from now on!

Went in last night at 6:30pm, the only other customer in the building was making photo copies. The employee never acknowledged us standing there where a line would have formed. Right in front of her. The lady doing the photos was going back and forth between the table cutting and the counter the employee was just standing there until the customer would walk back up to compare the photos rather than acknowledging and helping us. Once the lady got all of her photos cut and in an envelope and walked away, we, I guess mistakenly, thought she was finished as the employee was just standing there. We stepped up to the counter and got told she was helping someone and we needed to wait. So we stepped back. When she finally decided to help us with our package/envelope she spelled the company name wrong, spelled other words incorrectly, had to correct it a couple times, the prices quoted were off by a few $ for when it will be arriving. Then for the grand finale…….we go to pay, swipe the card and it wouldn’t go through, not declaring Ned, just didn’t work. She proceeds very loudly say “your card didn’t work” announcing it to the 2 new customers who had come in, when my friend says “my card works” thinking advice would be offered or key in the number, she obnoxiously says “well it doesn’t work here”. I went outside to get my card and come back in and she’s already talking with the next customer, doesn’t acknowledge me paying, just hands me the receipt and walks off to help him. No usual showing tracking number, delivery date etc. NOTHING!!! She was rude, disrespectful, and seemed to purposely embarrass my friend by announcing her cad wouldn’t work like we were deadbeats. I will never go to this location again. I’d stay away if you want service and your package heading to the right company.

The team at this location have always went above and beyond my expectations. Ashley is highly knowledgeable and Riley (the manager) is that cool professional you didn't know you needed lolAshley took an urgent need and hard situation and made it easy and light. I had to print the obituaries for my wife's aunt's funeral THE DAY BEFORE! Riley was working on the printer during me putting in the order. The job was completed without hassle long before the funeral.Thanks to them!

When I walked in, she saw that I was a foreigner and did not say hello to me. Then there was someone behind me and she greeted her very warmly. I have already told her that this is not an apology. It was obviously that I came first. I was in the line and she first printed it to the people who came after me. Tell her about this matter and still don't want to take care of me and print it out for me. Without saying a word of apologies, I told her that I only need two copies for me and she printed six copies for me. Be sure not to come to this store with a bad service attitude, and it feels a little bit racially discriminatory.

Don't get a passport photo taken here.To clarify, I went to DC to get a expedited passport and the agency did not except the photo I had taken at this FedEx. Wasn't that big of a deal but if FedEx offers to take photos for passports, you'd think they would be able to get it right.

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. They were willing to help in any way and didn't make it seem as if it was an inconvenience like some I've experienced at other print/copy stores.
