Riley was literally the most helpful assistant ever! Helped with trimming our prints, gave helpful advice on how to print cheaper (by ordering online), and, when it started pouring out, gave us a bag for our prints and some large plastic bags to use as makeshift ponchos. Genuinely such a pleasure to deal with :)
For the office itself, it's nice and well organized, color print quality is really good even on regular paper. First time in my life I didn't need to color correct my designs after a test print.

The young African American woman don't want to help assist a regular customer. Very rude & unprofessional. I will not be returning.

My favorite FedEx/Kinkos for customer service. Always friendly/helpful staff. The managers in particular are very helpful. The online ordering for copies always works well. And shipping assistance from staff has always been great. Parking can be a challenge during lunch time. I try to bike there whenever possible. The only thing missing is a bike rack on the plaza. Skateboarders during off peak time can be very entertaining.

i’m not one to leave reviews but i’m so disappointed with my experience that i feel like i need to. this was my first time ordering through fedex and i will not be doing it again. the employees were so rude off the bat. they sent my order to another location a day later without asking, which is strange but not really a huge issue. when i arrived to get to, they were so rude off the bat. they then emailed me that the order was ready at the original location a day after i’d picked it up. when i called to ask if it was printed twice by accident, 2 out of 3 of the people i spoke with were so rude off the bat again. save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere.

I rated this location 3 stars because I wasn't sure if the female clerk was new or in training, but the gentleman providing my drop-off receipt seemed more focused on assisting her than engaging with me.

I will never visit this Fed Rx store again. I wanted a photo enlarged. A female employee took my order and after 5 minutes came back with a male employee and explained to him what I wanted. He came back with the wrong size. The manager took over and came back with another wrong sized copy. She said to come back at 11:00 when the male that helped me the day before would be in. 4 employees I. The store and no one knew how to enlarge my photo. DEI ?

Just arrived here at 2:45 to find my stuff is not printed despite the receipt saying it would be ready at 9:00am
The girls at the register was rude and lacked customer service
This is a huge inconvenience and making me late for work now

Visited Richmond for my cousin's wedding & helped her out with prep. Stopped by to ask them to rescue us from cutting dinner menus one page at a time, & they did me the favor of taking care of the job on the spot. I was in & out within 5 minutes. Jonathan saved the day! Thank you!

One of the associates at this location was super rude and just did not want to their job. Another person that worked there helped me but they need to fire the other girl. I made a complaint to corporate and gave them her name. Hopefully they do something and if not, hopefully I never need to go back there again. I will probably avoid this location, even though it's close to me.
