Arrived to get gas at 11 am on 3/29 with an eight year old who needed to use the bathroom. A sign was on the door stating “ on break 5 minutes” and the man waiting to enter said he was there for more than five minutes. I motioned to the girl that my 8 year old child needed to use the bathroom. She turned away, ignored me, and I think that the management should be aware of this.

My husband went to the store on Williamsburg Rd and put $6 on his pump. The cashier put it on the wrong pump and someone else used it. He told the cashier and manager and they said too bad they couldn't do anything. WTW??!! Please contact us

I moved into the neighborhood about a year and a half ago. The east end of Richmond doesn't have very many breakfast destinations. As a result I probably order breakfast at least 4 times a week. I've been doing that basically since I moved here. Aside from breakfast, I spend a fair amount of money there on items that you can definitely find cheaper somewhere else.I walked in this morning around 10:59 and the little Hispanic lady was cooking. The one I tip and gave her a $25 Ruby Tuesday's gift card one time told me breakfast was over.I gave my money to a restaurant down the street.BYE!P.S.NOW LOOK AT MR BUSINESSMAN'S AKA THE OWNERS RESPONSE. LIAR! I JUST READ THE OWNERS RESPONSE. HARDLY! NICE WAY TO TRY AND SAVE YOUR REVIEW! WHY DON'T YOU TAKE MY ADVICE TO HEART AND MAKE APPROPRIATE CHANGES?

Not my first time here (I live around the corner) but my last. Register clerk never pleasant, never greets you and also fast to take your money. Price of 5 wings of chicken $5.99 displayed. They rung me up at $7.99 for 5 wings. They continue to rip off the black community and never give back to the community. No more purchases for me there. If I could do a NO STAR review, I would. bye.

I usually drive from short pump over here or whenever I'm in eastern Henrico to get their fried chicken. It's very good WHEN ITS FRESH. The last few times, when I got the chicken or fish that was already prepared it was HARD like it was old...so today I asked could he drop 6 wings he said he dropped it 15mins ago. I explained why I wanted fresh wings so he preceeded to take the wing he had to put in the box and bit it and ate it in my face...Yea won't be going back, horrible attitude plus did NOT wash hands went right back to cooking then register.

It's a blue collar breakfast hotspot with great sandwiches. Decent selection of snacks and convenience grocery. Well stocked tobacco shelf. The "service" isn't everyone's cup of tea.

I ordered a sandwich and FRIES for delivery, the sandwich came COVERED in grease to the point the bread was soggy and falling apart. The fries were advertised as FRIES with sea salt. I received soggy potato wedges. Highly disappointed.

Gas pumps are easy to pull in and pull out. Plenty of parking in front and side of the store. Excellent choices of "Ready To Eat" food: Fried Fish, Chicken Wings, Potato Wedges, Deserts. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Large coffee and fountain soda area. Many popular snacks, candy and chips. They also stock small electronic items like cell phones, adapters, E-Cigs. Everyone is the community is very friendly and lots of smiling faces.

Absolute horrible customer service. Got smart with me after he forgot to bag items I had purchased. Did not realise until I got home, I came back and the guy with the messed up teeth got an attitude with me. He tried to say that I was asking for free things and that he did not charge me, i proved he showed me with my receipt. He then threatened me and said that he will lock me up and take me to the nearest hospital. Terrible place to go to, I do not suggest ever spending money in this establishment. It's a shame that a grown an does carry respect at his job, shows how they care about work ethics. I called to get the owner information and the guy answered and continued to threaten that he will send me to mcv and did not provide the contact information to the owner. All of this is literally after I was coerced into buying an extra piece of fish. I do not appreciate being threatened at a local establishment.
