There's always an issue at the store whether it's the store itself looking like a bomb went off on there because there's boxes and stuff everywhere nothing is ever put up on the shelves they never open on time they constantly close early the staff acts like it's a big party.

This was one of the worst family dollars near me. There are 7 in the area. Trash everywhere, no necessary stock and management hung in the driveway. The only good thing about this place is the Jamaican lady who works there. They have new management and so far good. The manager helped me with my bags and greeted me on my way in. Fingers crossed

Every time i come to this family dollar i see this man out in his car…people at his window or with him in the car….I also see him in the store often…. after 3-4+ times i found out he’s the store manager (Robert/rob). I’ve asked the employees about “this man” and it’s always negative responses…. he is VERY SUSPICIOUS. I have also seen him raise his voice(get very “irritable”)towards the people that work there. A store manager should be running his store. Ensuring customer satisfaction/Not running the block from his little Beemer(i believe it was a bmw)…

Nine Mile Road store always closing at odd hours. The sign on their store door and the website shows that their store closes at 10pm. However, I got there at 9:30pm and the doors were locked. A store clerk came to the door to tell me that they close at 9:30pm not 10pm as the sign shows.This is ridiculous! Post the correct store hours for your customers.
