Obviously your cashiers need more training... Smh. Standing around loudly gossiping is obviously not acceptable behavior at work. You're paid to work... 2 cashiers doing their job, half way but the 3rd... Shut up. NO one wants to hear that garbage spewing from your mouth. The poor coworkers seemed annoyed as well. Fire her! She apparently works at a hospital if that helps narrow it down as to who I'm talking about. Otherwise... In general this family dollar sucks, shelves half empty, messy and the customer service sucks.

Soooooooo rudeeee (Manager Fanti)
So I went into the store today just to pick up something small just a little thing of detergent and was trying to apply the coupon that was available. When I got to the counter the coupon didn’t work. The employee tried multiple times to help me before she asked the manager for assistance when she did ask the manager for assistance she brushed us off multiple times. I finally walked up to her and asked her to assist me after standing there forever I had to go. when she did come over She checked my coupon and told me that this item didn’t work for the coupon I told her even though I scanned the coupon through the app, and there was a tag right under the item that said coupon was good until 5/25/24 and the date is 5/21/24 instead of her, walking with me to the item to assist me, she brushes me off and just tells me it don’t work her attitude was nasty and she is just super rude. I don’t care what neighborhood this Family Dollar is in no one deserves to be treated like trash and In all reality she doesn’t need to be a manager ( Never again !!!!)

Wow!Neat Organized No Stock in the isles?? Definitely had to bring my husband here to see lol We were Greeted as we entered..the young man(Clerk)was very mannerable and welcoming! smh A little goes a long way!! Definitely made my Sunday shopping a Great experience this morning!!

I went into the store this morning and I was amazed and so impressed by the set up the new makeover very open space even walk in you can find things everything just as nice and neat as they want to be I was very pleased to be able to walk into this store and Shop and it's not overcrowded with people but another Improvement would be if they had more staff in that particular branch My overall I am very pleased is convenient I can go ahead and get what I need and come on out when they have other cash registers open
