Store very organized. Even the clearance area was neat. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Cashiers worked well together and were well trained to assist customers with any questions.

Went to load a prepaid card and system was slow to process. Front counter person called manager to front which took 5-6 minutes, the person was threatening not to process my transaction and acting rude towards me saying it was my card. The front counter person said it was the system even before the manager came to the front? I will never visit this location again. Also I have to say upper management needs to invest in a customer service training program for all employees because it appears that they don't have one...

2-17-24 I went to this location to pick up food for my dog and the chick at the front put a sign on the door closed at 9pm . It was 9:30pm online they close at 10 pm

Mostly everything was on the shelves... only complaint is they leave boxes in the high traffic areas if the store.

This is one of the cleanest locations in RVA even when they are stocking and setting for seasonal it is always neat. I will ride past a location that I live 1 block away from to go to this store and its always a time fashionable checkout

Best Family Dollar ever! I have lived in numerous states across the country, and I have to say, this is my favorite Family Dollar hands down! I went in there to buy just a few items and ended up walking through every aisle because I just really enjoyed the atmosphere, the good music, and the organized, clean, well-stocked shelves. Every single employee I encountered was friendly and offered help, and what is more, they all seemed to be genuinely enjoying their job. 10/10 would recommend and will be going to this Family Dollar from here on out!!!

I used to like this store until everybody just started getting rude holding full-blown conversations while the line backed up especially the old lady that works there she'll sit there and hold it 10 minute conversation with somebody that has three items while the line backs up ??

It was a really cute dark complexed girl at the cash register tonight and she was rude and did not greet me well at all in which made her unattractive at that point. Why every employee who works at Dollar stores always act like there lives are soooo hard???!!! My job is way more difficult with customers and I never act like that. ?? you supposed to serve people with a smile I think employees who works at dollar stores probably needs a higher wage and better benefits maybe they would appreciate the job a lil bit more. Just saying the attitudes needs serious adjustment.
