They are very polite and goes the extra mile to make sure they keep their customers happy and pleased..... they have magnificent customer service and I wouldn't choose no other family dollar but theirs job well done ladies and gentlemen keep up the excellent work ??????????????????

They need to shut this store down . I live right across the street and everytime I get off of work and try to get stuff they always close or have the doors locked letting a few people in at a time because they trying to keep people from stealing when people who dnt steal have walk away with no service. I will advocate to city hall to get rid of this store that's undeserving the community and its too bad because that's less jobs.

The store shelves were a mess with items in various places around the store on the ground. Additionally, I was concerned regarding how many people including the employees were in the store without a mask on per the sign requirement on the stores door.

Well, you pretty much know what you are getting. If you have been to one, you have pretty much been to almost all of them. The testament to any store, though, is the people. This location has good people.Everytime I have been in this location I have had a pleasant experience with a staff member.Whether it's someone who is greeting me at the door, or an employee going out of her way to make sure that my husband could find those silly, specific hard candies that he loves, or the super bagger (shout out to the creators of the B local Richmond movie of that same name-that took place in the old U-Krop's). Every single employee has been awesome here.
