Save yourself the headache and don’t lease here. When you move out, they will charge you an absurd amount of money for fees because of “damages” that were left on the apartment, when over half of these will be very petty and minor “damages”, aka normal wear and tear that comes with living in an apartment. I was being charged an absurd amount for when there was very minimal wear and tear on the apartment overall. Other people have left reviews stating the exact same problems I dealt with while moving out, so be weary of that. I suggest taking video evidence of the ENTIRE apartment after moving in, and before moving out. If you do this, make sure to include the little things, such as the ceiling fan operating properly, because they tried to tell me our ceiling fan didn’t work, when it did. 2 weeks prior to me moving out, there were dead baby cockroaches littered all over the stairwells on both floors, so I’m almost positive there was some sort of roach infestation. The maintenance guys are very friendly and easy to get along with, always responding quickly to maintenance requests which was cool. All of the ladies in the leasing office are pretty friendly also. The apartments themselves are very run down and outdated, while half of the floor boards in my apartment creaked very loudly when we stepped on them. Your electricity bill will most likely be absurdly high because everything is very poorly insulated. The old property manager apparently doesn’t work there anymore, so hopefully things at this complex will turn around for the better. He also left a 5 star review about the leasing office after he left, which is very weird and seems unprofessional.

Excellent clean station that had buckets for window cleaning at every pump. The cashier was very friendly and greeted everyone coming in.

I went to this location for gas. I paid for my gas inside but got to the pump and it was frozen and wasn't allowing me to select grade. I went back in and was speaking to cashier Sam to figure out what happened. She was polite and had to redo my transaction. However it was another employee that was standing there name Tim that was very friendly, offered to help exhibiting great customer service. Great customer service make a difference....Tim did just that, by offering to help and he went the extra mile an pumped my gas to change my experience. I was no longer irritated that the gas pump didn't properly work the 1st time. Way to Go Sam and Tim at this Pitstop location!¡!!!
