To start I'm going to put a star to be able to comment! But the truth doesn't deserve any stars!! The tub was too dirty, it had a lot of hair! The dirty toilet! Well, the whole bathroom was dirty who can rest seeing so many cucas around you! The disgusting stove! How is it possible that they don't clean and can deliver such a dirty room! If you are looking for a hotel to rest, please don't come to this place!

EDIT: I called it. Didn’t even read the post, just copy/paste meaningless boilerplate.
ORIGINAL: A total dump
I prefer to leave the do not disturb sign up during my hotel stays and wanted a kitchen to avoid eating out. So a 2 star hotel with a kitchen that didn’t provide daily cleaning meets my needs, as long as it is clean. It wasn’t.
It’s a non smoking hotel which smells of weed/cigarettes and has cigarette burns in the blankets. The bathroom had human hair still in the shower. The dish pack (which you have to go down to the front desk to pickup) was not clean. The kitchen cabinets and dresser drawers were dirty. I had to buy disposable dishes and bathroom cleaner then spend an hour cleaning two showers and wiping down the drawers where we were putting our clothes.
You will see the management post some boilerplate apology promising to address the concerns. But they have been posting that response to similar comments for months. If they don’t put “I am not a robot” in their response you’ll know they didn’t even read this post.
I wish I had read the reviews before booking the room.

TRUCKERS BEWARE!!
I wish I could leave some type of review about the actual room itself but I didn’t even get to check in. The front desk lady named Kathy was fast asleep when we came to check in. I had to yell and bang on the wall to wake her up to check in. I am a truck driver so this was very inconvenient for me as I have been driving all day and just needed somewhere to shower and sleep .. in addition I booked through CLC so this should not have happened, seems like the hotel cancelled my reservation and did not know what CLC was or how to pull it up to check me in. Even with the CLC rep on the phone Kathy had no idea what to do so here I am late at night with nowhere to sleep.. PLEASE DO BETTER TO ACCOMMODATE TRUCK DRIVERS

I'll start by stating that I understand it is a budget friendly hotel. That being recognized, I don't understand every room number sign we pass has a no smoking symbol but the first thing that hits you as you enter the building is what I can only assume is decades upon decades of cigarette smoke permeating from the carpet, the walls, and even the elevators. If you've ever visited the old casinos on Fremont street in Vegas, you'll understand. It smells like cancer and sadness. The room is no better but manages to have a more unique stench. Like rotten freezer burn. The couch is covered in stripper body glitter, there are cig burn marks on the bathtub and toilet. The freezer leaks into the fridge, there is no oven, every piece of furniture is busted/broken/missing a knob or handle. The particle board that makes up the kitchen drawers has deteriorated over the years leaving a soft drawer filled with mold. I can't imagine how this location hasn't been condemned for health code violations. Front desk staff were pleasant.
P.s. "Breakfast" is coffee and a Nutragrain bar.

The bathroom is dirty and there is a bad smell between humidity and cigarettes. Good presentation on the outside but terrible on the inside.
