Dana and Arlene do the taxes for my business and they've done the personal taxes for myself and all of our employees for the past couple of years. Always responsive, pleasant, and very well versed in all things tax/accounting related. Highly recommend!!

Waste of money. They even dont know how to fill ITIN form. I loose my 400$ and no refund when I asked for my money they just simply said We did work from our-side thats it they dont care of customer just care about their feesVery bad experience please dont go approach some other office.

It has been years since using a tax service to help us with our taxes. We were in need of some expertise with business and personal taxes this year and some kid gloves with the transition! We were SO pleased with our services from Dana and her staff--we are RAVING fans and so grateful!! First time in a long time that I didn't cry during tax season. THANK YOU!

I have worked with Dana and her team since 2015. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. Always very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. Will not take my business elsewhere as long as her doors are open.

Absolutely fantastic! This team is so professional and has had so much patience with me since I've been working with Dana and now the whole group since 2013! Now that I've opened an actual storefront, Exclusive Tax Service is also handling my business taxes. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it! Highly recommend!

We started working with a new tax guy last year, and he was great, everything we were looking for, but he closed his business and forwarded us to Dana. She is humble, fun, patient, flexible, personable, relatable, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She does not limit herself to just tax stuff. She has given us guidance (and referrals) for everything related to mortgage, end-of-life planning, small business guidance, and more. Her advice has helped us immensely. She genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. I could not ask for a better person to work with. I am so thankful for the way she is not afraid to make those wise mentor type of life recommendations. Dana, I so appreciate you! On top of everything, she is so patient when we have had to bring our baby and now toddler in, be it by us taking turns or having him with us in the office. She was more than just patient. She made us and him feel loved and right at home. You won't find a more genuine, sincere person. Her office staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I have worked with Dana and her staff on business and personal taxes for years. They are always willing to help and answer my questions no matter how silly. I could never imagine working with anyone else for our taxes. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable person you need to contact them. They stay on top of all the newest laws and regulations. Best decision we ever made was to become clients of Exclusive Tax Service!

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the Google reviews here from a year ago! We were return clients who are absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication we experienced with them this year. We began our 2020 taxes with them in March. We uploaded our documents to their portal on 3/17/21, received a call from their tax preparer Buddy on 3/24/21, answered his questions, and provided the additional requested documents next day. He asked that we email Dana (owner) regarding follow-up. Dana was emailed 4/1/21, 4/8/21 and most recently on 5/26/21…to date she has never responded. This is in addition to several phone calls made to their office that went unreturned. They do not have the decency or professionalism to even reach out and discuss the matter. At NO point was it communicated that our tax preparation would not be completed by the deadline and ZERO effort made to complete that which they seemingly started. We are incredibly frustrated with our decision to work with this company again and will certainly make every effort to avoid this from happening to others. STAY AWAY!!
