Driver was supposed to give me 30 minutes notice prior to arrival, but did not. He placed the pallet in driveway without letting me know that they were there, and put it in a spot that made no sense. He should have let me know he was there, and I could have shown him where to drop the pallet. I could/would have helped, too. Also, I believe that the delivery was supposed to be signed for, but it wasn't.

Estes Express Lines has been a great place to work for me. The culture of the Estes family permeates all that we do, and each employee is treated with respect and given an opportunity to achieve their career goals. I love working for a company that make decision based on the right thing to do for it's employees rather than chasing stock prices and investor approval. Company did not make the final delivery, I personally had to rent a truck and recover my shipment.
Follow instructions. My shipment had lights and the crate was labeled Do Not Stack or double stack. The shipment company had 2 furniture boxes stacked on top of my crate.

We had ordered a tent that was to be installed on a rack over our truck bed. Heavy, large and awkward shape to handle. The truck arrived on the designated day and unloaded the tent and annex package. It was securely fastened to a pallet and wrapped tightly in plastic to protect it from weather. The driver unloaded the pallet and secured it, with the help of my husband, in our garage. He was polite, efficient and took care with our product. We appreciated his attention to detail and we're excited to receive our tent in such good shape. No damage or problems. I'd definitely use Estes for ANY delivery! Great experience. Thank you so much.

The delivery was good! It was snowing and there was lots of snow on the ground and they helped get the item where it needed to be. It was a heavy item!

Estes (aka Buzzard Freight) out of Sparks, Nevada recently delivered a large item to my house. The driver, Andrew, was careful and creative in solving some logistical problems. The woman in the office was very professional and considerate. This is a company I recommend.
