I got my hair washed/blowdried a few times at Trim and have purchased Kerastase products. On the last occasion getting a wash/blowdry, the lady left my roots wet (by about 4 inches) all around my head. It was a rushed job and I was left to leave with wet hair. I submitted a complaint by email to the salon, never heard anything back. A few months later then when I went into the Salon I brought it up, and I was told "I remember that complaint. We would have just looked at that as feedback. The only thing I can do is apologize. Nothing else we can do there". I thought this was extremely disappointing. Wasn't offered a complimentary blowdry or anything close. I was quick enough to be brushed off... Thought it was extremely unprofessional. I won't be going back, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.

Blonde highlights came out mousy red, stylist told me I had to wait for colour to fade. Not what I asked for at all. Charged 143 and told to come back if I wasn't happy with how colour faded. Owner well aware of my dissatisfaction but chose not to step in.

In my 14 yrs in Ireland I have changed many hairdresser...I have now attended twice Trim for colour and cut..this is the best hairdresser I have found in Dublin. Camilla and Regina were great and everyone in the shop made me feel so welcome and pampered. I love my new cut and my hair feel so much more healthy now. Camilla is helping me to return to my blond colour gradually and protecting my hair. The owner offers a great customer service and care. Thank you. Buon Natale. Chiara
