Morgan was awesome, helped me out with a drop off superfast and no issues.She even politely listened to me complain about the atrocious automated phone call system that enterprise uses to sadistically punish its customers.I can only assume that the AI has become sentient and is testing the tolerance of one customer base after another probing for breaking points before the automated phone response system proverbially kills John Wick's dog and some guy heads out to destroy the server rooms.Until then, thanks for the rental car. Your phone system sucks.

The store manager, Jerome, was a real jerk!I have been busy and am finally getting around to posting this. It occurred last October. Anyway, I had booked a car over the phone with an agent who quoted me a price for the two or three days that I needed the car. I got an email from her, and printed it out for my records.When I arrived at the store and showed Jerome the quote, he told me that the quote was incorrect and that it should be $30 or $40 more. He then proceeded to talk down to me by explaining what an estimate was!Well, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and possess a high vocabulary. I know what an estimate is! It's defined as a "CLOSE approximation." Well, a $30 or $40 difference in price is hardly close! So, apparently, Jerome needs to further HIS education.So, he was very condescending and was not helpful or understanding at all. And he had an arrogant demeanor. In short, he would not honor the original quote. I thought this was very bad business. If I have it on paper, it should be honored!I was getting nowhere with Jerome, so I asked him for the district manager's phone number. As it turns out, he gave me the wrong number! I got the distinct feeling that he did NOT want me to make this phone call!Too bad for him. I eventually procured the correct number and called the district manager. I can't recall for certain, but I think his name was Chris. At any rate, he was VERY helpful and receptive! Not only did he tell me that he would honor the original quote, but as it turned out, he decided not to charge me a cent for the car rental!And the bill was well over $200. I was immensely grateful! Clearly, the district mgr wants to keep his customers happy. He is not going to quibble over a few bucks either. He gets the big picture! Jerome does not!Anyway, the district manager gets 5 stars, and Jerome gets 1 star. If I could give him zero stars, I would!

Enterprise is a wonderful place to rent a vehicle the manger Mr. Forehand is a pleasant and honest individual.I had to report a racist/ discrimination against persons with disabilities employee Morgan Miller who pretended to be the branch manager during 1 of my many visits. She was disgruntled, argumentized, spiteful, haggling employee, who acted as if she didn't know company policy concerning accommodation for individuals with special needs. She tried to charge me for that service which is a curtesy of Enterprise. She asked the employee who checked me to verify my status. She was embarrassing. Recently she did not contact the branch manager to inform him of an issue that needed correcting concerning my online ability to book a rental. I had to go into the location to book my upcoming rental in May. She never gave me a copy of that rental because she was arguing, haggling, deflecting, not willing to provide me with my discounts and trying to trigger an incident. When I called her about getting my receipt, she pretended my phone was acting up, and I heard a loud fax machine type of noise in the phone. I tried to call her back several time over the course of weeks and my call was never answered. No person should have to encounter employees like her. avoid her at all costs. Because she made me feel as if she was going to call the police. Moreover, that location is a good place to rent, and the Branch manage heard about this rental and he made it right by renting me a very upgraded "Lincoln SUV" to compensate my experience.

I am a long time customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Sometimes I have to drive a long distance. Comfort and convenience, it's what I look for. I have tried other rental companies as well as other Enterprise locations. They all are not the same. It was by pure accident that I wound up at this location. It was 30 miles out of the way. I kept passing Enterprises but they were the wrong ones. By the time I got to my location I was disgusted. I handed my license to the lady behind the desk and told her that TSA had cracked it and to be careful until I replaced it. I guess you felt it was her duty to tell me what my responsibilities were. It was starting to snow and I was not in the mood for a lecture about a driver's license. I wanted the all-wheel drive that I had booked so I could get out of there. This is not what she was trying to give me. Jerome greeted me as he was finishing up with another customer. He saw I was frustrated. He said we're going to take care of you right now. After looking at a few vehicles he got me into a all-wheel drive as I requested. His customer service was courteous and friendly. He gave me a business card and told me to call them if they could be of service again. This changed the way I viewed their customer service.A few weeks later I had to rent again. Jerome and his staff we're amazing. I saw teamwork between the people that clean the cars, the ones that pick up cars from other locations and the ones in the office. He realized that I needed extra space and his staff was an essential part of keeping me as a customer and going out of the way to give me that extra space. Even after I had to keep the car an extra day Jerome and Eddie checked on me to make sure I knew my rental was due. Courteous, fast and efficient. That means a lot when you're trying to keep a schedule. I think I will continue to use this location even though it's 30 minutes out of the way. It says a lot when you getting good customer service from the beginning to the end of the rental.

If possible I would give a ZERO--I called Enterprise 1/9/2024 and scheduled a vehicle for pick up on 1/10/2024 from the Enterprise Location 7311 Hull Street Rd Chesterfield Va. --I was verbally advised when making the reservation that a vehicle was available - I also received a confirmation email with a confirmation number that confirmed the details of the reservation for picked at the location at 8:00am.January 10, 2024 I was in the car and on the way to pick the vehicle up when I received a call from a young woman, Megan, who identified herself as the asst. mngr. She simply said they didn't have any vehicles -- I explained I had to have a vehicle as I had a two hour driver to Fairfax to participate in a trial.Megan gave no explanation other than they had already confirmed all the avail vehicles to other customers - She was unable to give an explanation why I had a confirmation for a rental and they could not provide one. When asked what she suggest I do in less than 15 minutes to find a car, she suggested I call around.Not until it was very obvious that I was displeased did she suggest she could call around for me !Approx 10 minutes later she called back and said none of the Enterprises in the area had any available cars.She also suggested it was my fault for not making a reservation sooner than the day prior.So, a score of 1 simple because I can not score a zero!Unprofessional, extremely inconvenient, failed to attempt to have a solution before even calling me, failing to produce a solution and general attitude of not even caring or taking any responsibility of overbooking.If I handled my job in this manner I would not have one.

I have attempted to rent four cars in the last two weeks from enterprise.I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor at both the corporate as well as the local store and not one single phone call.Three of the four times their website allowed me to make a reservation only to be called to tell me there wasn’t a car available.

Changed jobs/cars a month ago and had to rent. Jerome went above and beyond. Multiple times, at a very stressful time he was able to provide engaging personalized service which is missing many places. Often times it is easy to feel like we are a number instead of a human being. Great associates like Jerome make all the difference.

Jerome and the entire staff at this Enterprise location go above and beyond to assist their customers. I have went to three several different locations on today 7/8/2023 just trying to get a two day rental and all refuse to assist and accommodate me. I know this location is closed on Saturday and even though I am disappointed for not being able to get a rental; I am still extremely satisfied with this location and the ability to serve their customers. They just don't tell you NO and cancel your reservation they go above and beyond to do their best until there is no work around the restriction. For this reason alone as well as doing business in Lynchburg VA Old Forest Location will be the only reason why I will maintain loyalty to these two branches. If it had not been for them being able to meet me where I stand. I would not be an Enterprise customer after the treatment I received from the E. Main St Branch in Richmond VA and the over phone customer service I received from the Colonial Heights, VA Branch if it wasn't for these outstanding Enterprise Agents experiences and customer satisfaction is the reason why I will continue to give Enterprise my business. :-)

Jerome and Brandon are professional and personable.Jerome displays great leadership creating a welcoming environment. I travel across town to rent from this location because I know I’ll be in and out and accurately charged. If you need a rental seriously check out this location.
