The worst service I've ever encountered. i was promised a premium car. After 2 phone calls and no response, I contacted the national service number. I reported the situation and was told they would contact the location and I would get a call. I have never heard from ANYONE from Enterprise. Avoid them if possible ; they are totally indifferent to the customer. I would rather walk than deal with these people

Would not rent from this branch again. Had car for less than 48 hours but was charged for three full days. Was not informed that branch had non standard business hours on the weekend. Returned my vehicle before my 48 hours but branch closes at 1pm on Sunday. Returned at 1:30. “Customer support” was non-existent.

In a jam they took advantage, played nice but overcharged me $150 for 49 hours. But hey it is what it is.

I was scheduled to rent a car from them today. It was booked six weeks in advance. Literally 5 minutes before I was to get the car they called and told me they had “no cars” because they were “all being serviced today.” When I pushed back at the oddly late notice they stated they had a car I could get that has “no state inspection” and I could “come and get it and take it to be inspected” if I wanted it. No apology, no acknowledgment of the lack of foresight or professionalism or the basic inconvenience. I’m now stranded at a body shop (my car is being repaired after someone hit it) ,waiting on a ride and have my secretary calling rescheduling patients at the last minute who have been waiting two months for appointments. Six weeks notice to rent a car and they couldn’t get it right. Never again- go to Hertz.

Absolutely LOVE this location!! The Assistant Manager (Greg) and Manager (Austin) are the BEST! They work very hard to please the customer! They have the old school customer service and that's needed everywhere these days! I love the fact that they will go above and beyond for their customers! Their teamwork is phenomenal!PSA: IF YOU NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE, THIS IS THE PLACE!! TRUST WHAT IM SAYING, THEY ARE THE BEST! BEST PRICES, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST VEHICLES AND OVERALL BEST PEOPLE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE! THANKS GUYS FOR HELPING ME! I WILL ALWAYS RENT WITH YOU GUYS!!

I rented a car from this location because my car was in the body shop. My insurance company paid for the first $600 of my rental. After the body shop took longer than expected, I was told by this location that my rental car coverage was extended and approved by the insurance company. After I returned the car and paid for my rental. One month later I receive a 900+ a dollar bill for rental car coverage that was indeed not approved. After further investigation insurance company never approved the extended rental car coverage. So enterprise apparently has a practice of telling renters that they have coverage when they don't. I had to pay the 900+ dollars. This is unethical and I will never rent from enterprise Rent-A-Car again. I would also suggest that individuals who consider enterprise Rent-A-Car to beware because they are willing to trick customers to drive revenue. Terrible company

After enterprise posted a response I was told some regional management team or someone would contact me. It's Thursday and I'm still without a car. Haven't heard from anyone. Almost three weeks waiting on them to "pick me up" as the so proudly boast doing.
