Relocated from Colonial Heights to Richmond I was so used of using the enterprise in Colonial Heights, but working with Roy was awesome. He had excellent customer service and was very professional. He didn't have what I booked but was very accommodating.

I LOVE ENTERPRISE!!! This is the only location I will go to. The customer service is always over the top, the vehicles are always spotless. I’ve rented from the for years and that’s not going to change. Thank you guys for everything!!!

The staff were friendly and professional and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle before completing the billing transaction. The minivan was clean and in great condition. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience with my rental from Enterprise recently. In addition to the vehicle being first class, their customer service was excellent. They went out of their way to give me a ride to DMV when we realized my license was expired! They also found something I had left in the vehicle. All the employees were great! Highly recommend them!

We picked up a car that was paid for by our body shop and the car was very visibly damaged and the bumper almost flew off when driving on the highway. They didn’t attempt to fix any of it before renting the car out again. Also after pulling off and rolling the windows down it was discovered that the car was full of dog hair everywhere, and it was apparent that they didn’t even vacuum the car before sending it back out. I called back and told them how dissatisfied and disappointed I was and all the associate said was “Sorry” and told me to either vacuum it myself or bring it back so they could vacuum it out when I had no time and had to go to a meeting. This was highly unacceptable on all levels and I will probably not be using them again especially at this location.

If I could give them a -10 I would . The car needs alot of maintenance done, The brakes were bad , the windshield wipers don't clean , the anti freeze was low I had to replace. Has a person who rent the car I shouldn't have to do and get all my money back and pay full price.

Enterprise employee ROY at the Broad Street location is genuinely friendly and made the reservation transaction smoothly; my account needed to be updated and ROY helped me with kindness and patience. I recommend Enterprise for car rental needs.

Effective and efficient pick up and drop off. Check in was easy and the rep was very helpful. Car needed windshield wiper blades and the inside of the windshield was pretty gross. Otherwise, excellent experience...just need a couple details on maintaining the vehicles before re-renting.

I have mixed feelings about this last interaction. Precious was my advisor when I received the car. She was kind and efficient. It wasn’t until I was sitting in the car driving I realized she was so “efficient“ and kind. There were multiple burn holes in the seats (both driver and passenger), the inside windows were so dirty and smoggy I could barely see out of the window at night. There was an entire bag of cannabis in between the seats. But I got a little ahead of myself. I found the cannabis in between the seats. I saw the burn holes and tobacco remnants, and weed remnants on the side of the driver side door around and went back to enterprise and asked for another car. There was a younger woman of maybe Asian or Hispanic descent with acne, she was who “helped” when I returned to get something done with it. I come in and explain it. She looks and then says she would have to speak to a manager. They walk out and they two options were to “clean it up” in about ten minutes or me paying extra because they have no other “comparable” cars. The reason that you schedule a pick up because you have plans and have somewhere to be so I didn’t have the time for them to “clean it up”. I took what they gave me and they offered no other solution. Again I am on a time crunch so I just wanted to quickly switch and get to my trip. When I returned the car the young white man was nice as well, I didn’t get his name. But I reached out to complain or at least feel heard. I have not heard from anyone. I rented this past weekend. I didn’t even keep it for my entire reservation it was so disgusting. Oh and the windshield was cracked and chipped in three places.

My review got deleted. I rented a car for three weeks. Today right in front of Enterprise, a black lady hit us while we were waiting for the light to turn green. She came out screaming. She proceed to go inside enterprise to retrieve water and other items. The person who received my car was more concerned about tue person who hit my car instead of us who got hit. The black lady lied and made up stories. The police officer didn't know what to do. If I ask enterprise for help, I guarantee you they will proceed to protect that lady. Witness were gone by the time police arrived since enterprise closed right after the accident. Very disappointing.
