“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“All of the Target's stores that I have frequented are consistently clean with clear isles and great lighting. I love their displays, the product pricing is fair and competitive with similar retailers. I've always been able to pickup online orders with efficiency and the customer service experience has been professional and efficient. The associates have always greeted me with courteousness and more often than not a smile. It is quite astonishing to consistently receive the same level of customer service in this day and age. I notice and I'm happy to patronize Target. They conduct themselves as if my business is appreciated and it shows. I notice. Again, many thanks Target.”

“Excellent customer service and great repair techs! They were very honest with me about my repair options for my old iPhone that fell off the roof of my car. I asked them to go ahead and try fixing it and they were able to! I wasn’t expecting it because it was VERY damaged. I also brought them my iPhone 8 that got ran over by a car and it wouldn’t work anymore. They were able to fix that TOO. I highly recommend them!!!”
