They garnish my wages !!! Paid for a piece of junk and surrender the car back to them !!!! The car was 4,000 and ended up paying 4000 for the car and 4000 in garnishment …. Don’t buy nothing off this lot !!! I mean nothing!!!

Read the previous two reviews. Read how the company only responds to positive 5-star reviews, but ignores others who experienced frustration. Our salesman got angry with us, walked away and told us to go find a different dealership. It’s like we owed him an apology for asking him if we could deal. Have they treated people like this for 40 years?

Would give them a 0 if I could. The vehicle I had wanted had to be jumped!! to leave the lot (should've backed out then), not long after that the alternator went out which I had to pay them to fix. THEN not long after that the engine blew because of an oil leak I wasn't aware of. Not only that but this is the first dealership I've dealt with that actually garnishes your wages, which is crazy when you're living paycheck to paycheck and had to buy a 2nd vehicle you weren't planning on because they sold you one that was essentially totalled with the repairs it needed. Half the people you speak to are rude regardless of what you're calling about which is crazy for a sales place.

0/10...sold me a car that need all of the spark plugs replaced, and needed brake work done....they sold me a car unsafe to drive off the lot. Would not ever recommend buying a vehicle from them. I'm glad to be done with them.... They also over charged for repairs.. Horrible company, horrible cars.

We just bought a new car after ours was totaled in a hit and run. The irish man sold it to us, very very nice! Best prices we could find anywhere, real bang for the buck. 3 people suggested this place and the Irish man and i can see why ?

The people at this place are just greedy, and try to rip off their customers. I was there today and looked at 2 trucks, one truck the under side of the bed was rusted out and the other truck had water damage on the interior the head liner was being held up with Velcro, it had been in a accident with airbags deployed the sales person tried to tell me that he had no knowledge of a wreck on that vehicle “car fax “ I had a pocket full of cash and still was going to buy the vehicle but they refused to budge on price!!! I would not waste my time or money with this place!! The man told me “I’ve been selling cars for 40 years so I know what I’m going “ ……. But you can’t see what I’ve seen ?? And you still think someone is willing to pay 10 k on a truck in that condition? The wiring harness will be full of corrosion within a year!!

I bought a 4runner from them about a year ago January, I believe it was. I have to say I was very impressed with the way I saw Freddie, Corey, Rick and the team interacted with other several customers as well as myself. I have been too much bigger dealers that didn't help/treat me as kindle as they did. I was indecisive on my decision, and I test drove the 4runner three different times before buying it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my decision. I would/have recommended them and I will buy from them again. I waited this long to post this because I was scared about the miles(300K) on the vehicle. But I have to say its been one of the best vehicles I've owned. I have put of 20K miles on it, and it still runs just fine.Thank you guys for everything!!!!

Great dealership and highly recommend! We just bought a car from here and worked with Darragh who did a great job helping us find the right car for our needs! There was a lot of selection to choose from which was nice and the dealership provides warranties and has onsite service. Also they were able to provide multiple finance options that worked out great. We were in at 9am and out with a car the same day all financed and ready to go. They also have a car detailing person who had the car (SUV) looking brand new when we came to get it. Great experience and family run business makes this a great option when looking to buy a vehicle in the Richmond Virginia area. When going here ask for Darragh - he did a great job for us!
