I was able to find the brand that I was looking for in my size, which can be challenging in other stores. The associate that assisted me went out of his way to be helpful, and I appreciated that as well. DXL has a new customer.

I went here July 23rd in the early evening and such excellent customer service, and the gentleman that helped us was very classy and fast, though, we got measured, had shirt in hand and paid, all in less than 10 mins...we explored the store and my son has been looking for a store that has everything for big and tall and they even carried a good selection of shoes...definitely will be going back and recommending them!!!

My boys are all big guys, I'm talking 6'8", 6'5", and 6' tall.
Thank goodness for DXL, because they are about the only men's clothing stores that carry 5X and 6XLT that you can actually walk I to and not have to order online.
Their Polo and button up shirts are High quality, and look great on my gentle giants! The salesmen are proficient without being pushy.

Tim was very helpful, patient, and kind. He greeted me when I walked through the door and assisted me with shirt measurements, and continued to help me throughout my visit. The store has a ton of variety from business to casual styles. It was nice finally being able to shop in a store that had clothing for larger men. I definitely recommend checking DXL in Richmond out!

Great store for finding big guy attire if your like me its always hard to find stuff that fits right either too small or you just have to settle for what ever. This store had a great Selection of sizes styles colors ect. Sports, casual, executive. I was helped by Tim he was very helpful. He was able to pick out everything that I needed and had great opinions on what looked great. Will definitely be continuing on coming back to this store in the future.

Seems you have to be big and tall, not much for us big and short guys, at least in this store that is. Nice store though with plenty of high quality clothing. Great store if you're Shaq-like!

Walked in needing a dress shirt. Had pre-viewed items online, but wasn't sure about my shirt size. Walked in and was greeted right away. When I explained my situation, the team offered a quick shirt measurement and nailed my neck and sleeve sizes. I picked up two dress shirts at a reasonable price. A few days later, at a work event, I realized I was not only wearing a great DXL dress shirt, but I was also wearing a which HB undershirt and DXL dress pants. Thank you to their great team!
